Not really the chaos is being fed by Genyūmaru and to a lesser extent Hell, which is kinda different from the general suspicious nature of DN. It reminds me of my first DN game where I was lynched for suspecting someone (funnily Hell) I think Genyūmaru is just being hyperactive
