No, mikami hides the roles of kira's faction, naomi stops any ability and makes it useless completely.

Basically mikami's role is made to counter mainly shini or L, Naomi's however is effective against any role

Aiber's ability is permanent, mikami's is temporary, Meaning it only works in the said night.

Mikami can only hide role of himself, Kira or Misa for that Night Phase only. He can use this power only 4 times per game.

Aiber can only hide the role of 1 person and it will NEVER be revealed, even after that person dies.
