there has to be some grounds on what evil is. if i were to say raping and killing children was NOT evil does that mean i could get away with it? no because obviously from the view of the legal system, that is wrong . and well in the eyes of every sane person on the planet. the people who kira killed were sick evil criminals

the problem was because of ethical reasons, the police cold not join kira. kira wants to accomplish the same thing as the police, riddance of criminals except kira kills them and creates fear to stop other people from commiting felonies. nothing wrong with the legal system

I have an example here to show you what is wrong with legal system, what is wrong about right and wrongs of today

A young woman driving her ford on the highway, doesnt see the Mercedes S in front of her suddenly stop. She didnt and crashed. The mercedes is Totall loss.
The mercedes was owned by a big manager who earns like 3 million ? a year
The mercedes costed 100 K ? The woman's car wasnt assured. So she has to fully pay the money. Her life is completely ruined, while that manager, his mercedes, which is small change for him, is depleting her completely.
The woman, is ruined and the big manager dude gets more and more money.
What kind of justice is that?
What kind of moral?
Is it just to ruin a womans life?

thats not the legal systems imperfections, thats dirty rotten weasel lawyers getting their clients out of everything. that is screwed up. like the O.J case? ridiculous. i dont think it should be so easy to get out of crap. and its illegal to drive an uninsured anyway so she technically was at fault.
