A dark figure approaches from the skies leaving a sense of death behind...it was Raito.

Eru was walking all alone, a road that he wished he never knew...it was the road to the grayveard...
He stoped walking cause he noticed something above a grave. It was his mother. Of course it was, she would go there every day when Eru was away. Always sitting above the same grave that, unlike other graves, was pretty clean. The letters written on it formed the name "Sayu Ynest".
Sudenly, the black clouds let go of their rain drops. There was water on Eru's eyes. Was it a tear or a water drop. It didnt really matter.
"Foolish. There is no point talking to a dead person. This wont bring them back to the "sphere" of the living. It's more likely that those who talk to them are draged down to the sphere of the dead"
He slowly pulls out his iPod and presses play. He hears some familiar lyrics:
"i am coming up only to hold you under...
i am coming up only to show you wrong...
and to know you is hard we wonder...
to know you all wrong we warn..."
He closes his eyes for a moment. Thi was the song he was hearing on that day, 3 years ago...
"There was a time when i was known as the trouble maker" he remembers himself as a 14 year old boy with a big smile, a little shorter but with the same hair and eyes
"I was thought to be a genius, but i didnt really care...all i did was laugh. I really laughed all the time...I had an older sister back then, you could say that she was the source of my smile...our father was a burgler...that didnt bother me either...one day however he decided to join some sort of Mafia...it really didnt matter to me...until one day my sister got shot...the bullet was meant for him..."
He brings to his mind the day of the funeral. Dead silence. Everyone was there. Everyone but one...his father. After a while, everybody left, evrybody but him. He cried and cried and cried and after that he started talking to the grave...he did that for 4 hours but there was obviously no reply.
"How stupid am I? My carelesness for everything led everybody here!! If i had given a damn shit about what was going on around me and not just myself my sister could have been alive..."
"So in the end I am right...its the dead that drag us down to their sphere...my sister draged me down enough so that smile of mine faded forever. Yes my dad was a burgler, yet in my eyes he was a murderer...almost 1 week after that my father died from a heart attack...it was obviously KIRA'S work..."
out of nowhere a lunatic that had escaped from an institute attacks him with a knife. his life flashed before his eyes in an instant, but surprisingly the lunatic turned the knife to himself and died. a dark voice says
"i made it!!"
Eru falls down screaming as he saw a monster.
"i dont have much time so listen to me!! i am raito yagami, a shinigami and during my living days...KIRA!!"
"impossible prove it to me!!"
" your father died by a heart attack on the 6th of may exactly 6 days after the death of your sister...do you see this notebook? its a death note, the weapon that i myself used...i will now die since i saved you from this lunatic but i entrust it to you...so you can complete what I left undone and become KIRA!!"
Raito loses consciousness bit by bit
"i have killed all the detectives that once hunted me down, so only one obstacle remains for you..."
"what?"
"ryuuk...another shinigami gave his notebook to another person so that he could become kira as well...however that person wants to kill you as he wants to be the god of this world...and he propably will have the eyes...while you wont..."
"eyes,notebook what are these?"
raito dies "its...all...in...the...rules"
raito dissapears.
Eru grabs a black notebook from a pit of sand and he starts reading:
"how to use..."
next chap: memories of nobody
next chap begins the kira vs kira battle and i have thought many nice tricks to present so stay tuned...
