Susanoo, a spirit that uses a medium to become physical and fight for the person while devouring their life-energy?
Death god, a spirit that uses a persons life-energy to come into the world and seal both the summoner along with the prey to fight inside its stomach forever?
Who wins, Death god cuz it´s a god afterall and susanoo is nothing compared to it.
BTW, what if naruto becomes advanced in sealing jutsu and call forth the death-god and makes it spit out all the souls it devoured and seal those souls inside him to die a normal death when naruto dies? How cool would it been to have 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th along with kyuubi inside u to communicate and lend u chakra whenever u need it and teach u jutsus inside u etc

I wish, but somebody should call fourth the demon and trick it and have Susanno seal it so Naruto can get the Yin chakra and free the kages but Orchimari would come back
Death god vs Susanoo, specifically Itachi's Suanoo with the sword of Totsuka, one seals opponents in a genjutsu of drunken stupor for eternity and the other seals away one's soul to forever do battle in a twisted dark unescapable underworld...lets see.
DG all the way, even if it doesn't pull you all in, unless you can switch bodies like orochiboy there is nothing you can do, and whatever is sealed rots, as if it has necrosis, and can seal things such as one's chakra I might add, definitely DG
