Skarlet has a medical drone with her and has it activated. The drone would fly on her right and scan the lady and inform Skarlet of her abilities. The drone would then cause the panels on it to change causing it to go invisible. The drone would be constantly moving around the field allowing Skarlet to monitor where the woman will be at all times through her gauntlet. Skarlet would passively activate her Blood Eyes.

Description: The Medical Drone is a Drone created by Skarlet/Korra that is used for medical purposes as well as spying, scouting. For medical purposes, the drone is able to scan allies and opponents and is able to alert the user (for Skarlet/Korra through their Medical Gauntlet) the other person's health/diagnostics as well as scan for abilities and alert the user what abilities they are going against. It also can release a chakra rope that then attaches to either the user or allies and heals them. The drone will use the user chakra and follow Mystic Palm for healing the damage (chakra cost and restrictions). For scouting/spying the drone can cause the panels on it to blend into light making it invisible. It is able to scan the area (entire landmark) and sends the info to the user (Gauntlet) and the map of the area.

Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.
Note: In order to utilize any of the blood based abilities, the user must be at least Jounin rank.

You seem to have quite the abilities on you.....

After saying this Skarlet would do the snake sign and cause the ground under the woman to turn into red sand. With a hand motion, the sand would burst up sending the woman into the air as well as trapping them in a dense dust storm of red sand that would cause burns to the woman. Skarlet would be able to use hand motions to move the sand out of the way from her body to avoid getting caught up on her own jutsu.

Description: The user does the snake hand sign then waves one of his hands in an upward motion converting the ground below the opponent into Red Sand as he waves his hand upward the Red Sand bursts upward creating a dense dust storm. The dust surrounds the opponent up to mid range in all directions and adheres to the skin causing 2nd to 3rd degree burns. The dust cloud takes on similar properties to the Hidden Mist Jutsu, the opponent won't be able to see very far (roughly short range) and due to the chakra sharingan will be rendered useless unable to piece through the chakra infused dust cloud.
Notes:
-Can only be used twice
-Can last up to 2 turns
-No other Red Sand jutsu this turn
-If the user gets caught in the storm he will be effected but can control it with motions of the arms to lessen the damage

While the woman deals with that, Skarlet bites her thumb and strings hand signs and summoning her Wood Snake onto the field to up the numbers to her favor. Once the Wood Snake is summoned it would create a forest of trees that attack the woman from multiple angles and directions.

Given its size, it is able to fly with the added weight of 3 people, of Orochimaru's build.

Quick question, (a bit new to this) if your bio doesn’t use wood, can you summon a summoning that uses wood? I thought summonings could only use KG of you bio? Not fussed either way this is for my benefit so I know for future reference, thanks.

Waisting no time as the ground below Sheik begins to soften she would perform the tiger hand seal and expel compressed chakra in the form of a number of dragonhead shaped fireballs from her body that she controls to rotate around her resembling a mini tornado, the tornado travels outwards clearing the dust storm before it has a chance to consume her.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

As the fire clashes with the red sand the jutsu cancel each other out, in time for Sheik to see Skarlet mid summoning sequence, the summon appears and Sheik raises her hand firing a steel missile directly at the snakes mouth, she focuses her chakra as the missile forms and boosts it +1 Rank in power to S rank to ensure it delivers a fatal blow. Sheik clenches her first exploding the missile and ripping apart the snakes face. Should the snake continue with the forest jutsu it would be hit by the missile and die.

Description: The user will release from their hands a missile of steel. It's about 1 diameter fired at high high speeds at it's chosen target. Though as stated there is more to it than that. This missile locks onto the chakra signature of what it was fired at, be it an opponent, a summon, or just a structure itself like the earth golem jutsu. The second part of this jutsu, is with the user closing their fist, the missile will explode outwards in short range around it into steel razor blades not much bigger than sand, that almost looks like a puff of dust/smoke. Due to the sudden burst it has a pushing force going outwards with the blades, much like when a grenade goes off and the shrapnel goes all around and there is the pushing force, though without the fire. No burns, just impaling.

Description: This is a simple technique which can be applied when forming a steel release technique or once it has already been made. It will happen within the same time frame of the creation of the technique is used to begin with. This applies a skill seen through out history that many blacksmiths have used, in that to make a blade stronger, they will fold the steel to reforge, keeping the blade extremely sharp while increasing it's density, such as in sushi knives. This applied in RP terms is that the steel in a technique releases more steel within itself but folds and compresses into itself. This means that the steel is harder without losing it's shape/shapness/form, and in doing so makes the technique +1 rank stronger up to S rank, where as S rank and above will gain +10 damage. For example, if the user used the S rank steel release technique to create a sword, they would infuse more chakra into it using this technique, applying more steel and controling it with fire chakra to create the folded steel effect, making the sword stronger, giving the sword +10 damage.

Note: Only useable 4 times, can only be used on a technique once and can only be used once per turn.

As Skarlet summoned her Wood-Snake she would see the woman cancel out her red sand and launch a Steel spear at her summoning. Skarlet would than the snake sign and release a spear of lightning from her mouth that clash against the steel spear and cancel each other out. The snake would then continue with its tree jutsu to hit the woman. Skarlet would also have Beedrillfly high into the sky to the left and spray mad honey at the woman causing her to experience different effects while the honey is on her.

Mad Honey can cause nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, circumoral paresthesia, tongue numbing, fainting, drowsiness, drunkenness, and seizures. For these effects the users must be exposed to at least a cup of Mad Honey with the effects following in order the more turns the opponent is in contact or consuming honey. After 1 turn the opponent will experience nausea and tingling. After two turns the user will experience weakness and have their speed drop by one level. After 3 turns the opponent will experience drowsiness and drunkenness while their speed drops by 2 levels. After 4 turns the user will experience vomiting, blurred version, circumoral paresthesia, numbing and fainting and seizures. Mad Honey can also cause cardiovascular system problems resulting into 1st to 3rd-degree heart block, asystole, and myocardial infarction. The opponent would need to exposed to half of their body size worth of Mad Honey and be exposed or have consumed the honey for at least 5 turns straight and would have their speed drop by 3 levels.

As Sheik sees her opponent spit lighting from her mouth aimed directly at her steel missile she focuses her chakra and breaks down the projectile into hundreds of tiny blades near on instantly that spread out like a cloud, her opponents lightning technique no longer having a target to hit passes through the cloud of blades, Sheik directs the cloud of blades straight at all of her opponents interrupting the snakes woodland jutsu and preventing the bee from using its Honey Technique

Description: This is a technique that can be used in two ways. It can be used on existing steel techniques or being releasing from the ground. What this does is, the user will release their chakra into existing steel they control or one devoid of chakra (old steel jutsu they have perviously made or another shinbobi, this doesn't include weapons and such shinobi might carry) , and in doing so will take control of the steel and cause it to break down into Hundreds of tiny blades that look like small dragon scales (1inch diameter) of steel near on instantly like the shattering of glass and from their control the blades through their hand gestures or through their weapon, these blades are extremely sharp.. These blades will move in a large swamp or smaller swarms depending on how the user wishes to control them using them to strike what they want. If they chose to use it from the ground they will form the blades of steel in the ground and then cause them to shoot up from within the ground in a huge swarm to attack which they wish. As long as the user controls these blades they will only be able to use steel and elements that make up steel and it will take up one of their three moves per turn. Not only this but the technique will always be A rank, even if they use this to break down one of their S rank techniques.

Note: Usable once every two turns, being able to control the blades for up to 3 turns.
Note: Using this from the ground would require a handseal to form.

The blades travel towards all of her opponents and as they deal with her attack, Sheik makes one hand seal and all of her opponents watch as hundreds of feathers begin to gently drift down from the sky.

When the sun is out and not obscured, he releases his chakra to amplify the heat of the suns rays in the area around a location with a radius of mid range. What this does, is it causes the air to distort in a wave like fashion as becomes common in the desert, making it extremely hard for someone to focus or concentrate. The chakra within theses rays coming down would stop dojutsu like the sharingan seeing through, as they would just see chakra, where was the byakugan would be able to see through it. This heat would cause mirages caused by the refraction of light through heated air rising from a sandy or stony surface, creating a great distraction, making it near on impossible for a target to focus on a single spot. In application, it would make it so as long as the user was moving, the target/targets wouldn't be able to pinpoint location to strike with small scale attacks like chidori spear. Large scale attacks wouldn't matter like the fire release intense pain as it would cover the general area. Due to this heat, the target would begin to sweat, losing fluids and after being within this heat for one turn they would begin to dehydrate. This lasts for up to 2 turns and can only be used once per battle. The final ability of Helios is that he can draw in flames from fire release A-rank and below, condensing them down, drawing them into his spikes which would then be cooled by the water he'd stored, releasing a light steam outwards from his body as he does so, not enough to burn anyone.

As Sheik sees her opponent spit lighting from her mouth aimed directly at her steel missile she focuses her chakra and breaks down the projectile into hundreds of tiny blades near on instantly that spread out like a cloud, her opponents lightning technique no longer having a target to hit passes through the cloud of blades, Sheik directs the cloud of blades straight at all of her opponents interrupting the snakes woodland jutsu and preventing the bee from using its Honey Technique

Description: This is a technique that can be used in two ways. It can be used on existing steel techniques or being releasing from the ground. What this does is, the user will release their chakra into existing steel they control or one devoid of chakra (old steel jutsu they have perviously made or another shinbobi, this doesn't include weapons and such shinobi might carry) , and in doing so will take control of the steel and cause it to break down into Hundreds of tiny blades that look like small dragon scales (1inch diameter) of steel near on instantly like the shattering of glass and from their control the blades through their hand gestures or through their weapon, these blades are extremely sharp.. These blades will move in a large swamp or smaller swarms depending on how the user wishes to control them using them to strike what they want. If they chose to use it from the ground they will form the blades of steel in the ground and then cause them to shoot up from within the ground in a huge swarm to attack which they wish. As long as the user controls these blades they will only be able to use steel and elements that make up steel and it will take up one of their three moves per turn. Not only this but the technique will always be A rank, even if they use this to break down one of their S rank techniques.

Note: Usable once every two turns, being able to control the blades for up to 3 turns.

Sheik sees the incoming lighting and feels a rumbling beneath her feet, waisting no time she holds out her left hand behind her and deploys a grapple from Sure Shock on her wrist at the ground in long range, the hook digs deep into the ground and Sheik retracts the device pulling herself backwards and out of the way of the incoming lightning. The lightning proceeds to hits the wood spikes as they erupt from the ground shattering them in a big cloud of dust and smoke from the scorched wood. As Sheik is pulled backwards by the grapple (in the same timeframe as Sure Shock utilises no chakra) under the cover of the lightning hitting the spikes, she aims her right hand at the ground in front of where Skarlet was standing from memory (Short Range) using the basic principles of Steel release she forms a circle of hundreds of tiny steel shards on the ground 5 meters in diameter resembling glitter, then, waving her hand upwards, an updraft of wind picks up and blasts the razor sharp shards angled forwards towards Skarlet, the Bee and the Snake. As Sheik finally stops moving she throws three Kunai with explosive tags aimed one at each of her three opponents.

Description: This is a unique form of technology that can be used in the form of a bracelet, a belt or even fitted through a cyborg's body, though basic shinobi can use it. This piece of technology acts in a similar way to the Kote, but rather than contain jutsu, it contains a variety of ninja tools and accessories to assist a shinobi in missions or battle. This device contains the following items, that can be used at the same time as another technique:

Flare: The user will release a burst of flares from their devise so bright that they will blind anyone else within mid range. A Cyborg can release this via any technology that forms part of their body, or even their items. This blindness will last for 1 turn. If someone is hit by these flares, they will cause a total of 5 free form damage. This can be done passively. Can be used twice

Grapple: The user will release a grapple on a chakra metal wire from their device to attach to something. From there, if they have the strength, they can pull the item towards them, or they can activate the retract device to pull themselves to where the wire was grappled to. They can cause the grapple to unhook at any time or detach the wire from their device. Cyborgs can release this from any part of their technology (Their arm, gun etc). This can be done in the same time frame as another technique but costs one of the users three moves per turn. User has 3 grapples within their device.

Static discharge: A simple but effective technique. Using technology rather than chakra, the user will release a static charge from their device. This will cause numbing if used on flesh, though if it hits technology, it will disable it for one turn as it causes it to short circuit.

Steam: The user will create a burst of steam from their device. This is just super heated water produced by the device containing no chakra. Acting as a smoke screen or simple deterrent. This reaches short range from the user, boasting 10 damage points that is considered free form.

Note: Only one of these items can be used per turn.

Description: This technique is one of two parts, it doesn't control both elements at the same time, it's two step jutsu, much like when Darui uses lightning after releasing water to create a combination. The user will hold out their hand to a location using the basic principles of steel release to create hundreds of little shards of steel on the surface of that area (short range diameter). Though this would just look like glitter, the steel is like the shrapnel released when in reality you cut through steel, hence you wearing protective clothing. The use will then swing their hand up using basic wind release to cause and updraft of wind focussed under those shards causing them to rise up in a gust of wind, much like when wind is used with dust, cuasing and upwards pushing force with all the cutting power of the steel shards. This upward thrust of wind can be straight up or at an angle to push them short range in a desired direction. Using basic powers of the two creates unique combination almost like a burst of steel/wind through hand gestures. There isn't really a time lapse between the two parts of the jutsu, it happens in the timeframe of a single technique.

This is Wood Snake final turn lol

As the woman pulls away Skarlet's eyes would still be able to let her keep track of where the woman is. Skarlet would see the woman pour steel chakra into the ground near Skarlet. As the ground starts to form into glitter like appearance, Skarlet places her hand on the ground and channels a stream of lightning that channels through the ground all over up to mid range that nullifies the steel completely stopping it. At the same time, the Wood-Snake would know this its last turn on the field. The wood snake would create a giant wood dragon that forms from the ground that heads at the woman and crushes her. The dragon would come in a Zig-Zag motion instead of a straight line.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Description:After performing the two required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from the ground directly beneath or near them, which can then be directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose (similar to that of a Hindu Makara), having an elongated and serpentine body that is longer than Naruto Uzumaki's Tailed Beast Mode, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. According to Madara Uchiha, Hashirama Senju used this technique to restrain Kurama in the past, which is proof that it has the same Bijuu suppressing/controlling abilities known to some Wood techniques. In fact, the dragon is capable of absorbing Bijuu chakra, weakening any Jinchuriki held by it. The user can keep manipulating and maintaining it as long as he keeps the Snake handseal made and expends chakra, acting as an active technique that can be shaped and controlled for a wide range of purposes, attacks and defenses. This technique can be combine with the Wood Human technique to boost its power.

With the woman dealing with the Wood Dragon, Skarlet would take one of the tailed beast pills. The pill will grant Skarlet a red chakra cloak around her body that has 4 tails. Due to her Doctor specialty, Skarlet would be able to take the pill without having none of the drawbacks with this one use. Skarlet would than make a cut on her wrist to give her a blood source and forms a giant 8 headed Blood Dragon with her on one of the heads. Skarlet would have two heads also attack the woman from both her right and left side. After that, the wood snake would disappear.

Description: These are pills in a capsulated form that give the user a heightened transformation. When activated, the user gains a chakra cloak with tails that can range from one to four tails — though the precise amount of tails generated by the user depends on the amount of chakra they have. The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.

Should any head be struck down by any damage below Forbidden rank, the heads will regenerate back fully without lost power as long as connected to the user still. In addition to the regeneration, the heads of the dragon also have the capability to release steam after biting a target. The dragon formed is strong and large enough to restrict the Complete-Body Susano'o from movement.
Note: Can only be used by Chinoike clan members. Can only be used twice times, each use lasting 6 turns each.
Note: The body of the Blood Dragon when connected to the user grants an S-Rank defense against elemental attacks. When detached and moving on it's own, the Blood Dragon has an S rank defense against elemental attacks and moves at equal speeds to the user.

That snake is using a jutsu that requires handseals and can only be used by three canon characters according to the jutsu description? Forgive my lack of knowledge and if this is dumb but is this a snake ability thing because I can’t see it anywhere?


Sheik watches on as a huge wood dragon begins to form, she raises her hand and creates from the ground beneath her a steel Pegasus that flies diagonally upwards and forwards carrying her over the wood dragon and into mid range, during the ascent she throws three Kunai down at her opponent, one at the bee and two at Skarlet. (This happens before the Blood Dragon is formed) Should you decide to take the hit from the Kunai the Steel Mount will avoid the blood dragon negating damage

Description: This is one of the more simple applications of steel release, creating a shape and controlling it through your chakra. The user will make a rising gesture with their hand or weapon releasing their chakra into the ground, as they do a steel pegasus will rise from their chosen location the size of a smaller horse, made of dark steel with paper thin steel wings. The user will controll it's movements with his chakra and while controlling the pegasus the user will only be able to use steel jutsu and elements made up of steel. Due to the hollow nature of the beast and the light wings, the user can use their chakra control to cause the wings to flap so the beast can fly. This technique was intended for the user to ride, holding on with their chakra much like the tree climbing technique allowing them to move faster due to it running on 4 legs. The user can change the direction at which the pegasus is moving by spending one of their moves per turn.

Note: Only steel element and elements that make up steel can be used while being controlled.

No problem so summons can still do jutsus that require handseals without handseals. As for Wood Dragon its a Yamato minium level jutsu which all custom wood bios can use wood up to Yamato level which means they can use wood dragon so the snake should be able to.

Skarlet would still have took the pill before the woman threw the kunai giving her the cloak. Using the cloak and the chakra tails Skarlet would use them to defelct the kunai from hitting her and Beedrill. Skarlet would conintue with her blodo dragon as the woman is on the steel Pegasus. The dragon would still send two heads to attack the woman as the dragons would be able to move around also and still strike the woman.

No problem so summons can still do jutsus that require handseals without handseals. As for Wood Dragon its a Yamato minium level jutsu which all custom wood bios can use wood up to Yamato level which means they can use wood dragon so the snake should be able to.

Skarlet would still have took the pill before the woman threw the kunai giving her the cloak. Using the cloak and the chakra tails Skarlet would use them to defelct the kunai from hitting her and Beedrill. Skarlet would conintue with her blodo dragon as the woman is on the steel Pegasus. The dragon would still send two heads to attack the woman as the dragons would be able to move around also and still strike the woman.

Sheiks opponent finally forced her to break her usual silence...

“That is GENIUS!!”

Sheik almost laughed as she credited the forming monster beneath her! She was in awe of the gurgling mass below!

“How do you create such a beast?”

She smiled a twisted smile beneath her bandages, her eyes forced to narrow while staring wildly at her opponent!

The dragons oozing form was now complete, and she quickly realised she was no match for its power.

“Hmmmm... how do I get eyes like those??”

She mused out loud.

Just then two dragon heads shot up at her from below. In a bid to dodge the two incoming dragon heads she relinquishes her control of the Pegasus and utilises its husk, she waves her hand down in front of and splits the metal into two sections of fluid like steel. Stood on top of one section like a hovering disc she manipulates both halves of the fluid steel at once, she pushes both hands out to her sides as if pushing on two walls, the fluid metal she is stood on slinks to the right while the other half sloshes to the left avoiding both dragon heads in the process. As this happens she shoots two flares down at Skarlet to blind her while closing her eyes temporarily (This happens at the same time as the flares require no chakra) She then waves her right hand downwards behind her and her left hand down to the ground in front of her. The steel she is stood on moves backwards from her opponent carrying her to the ground in long range while the left side of the fluid steel hurls straight towards Skarlet over the dragon.

Description: This is quite a unique version of steel release using precise chakra control to execute it. The user will release their chakra into steel they control and change it's density. Unlike other jutsu this doesn't apply heat to do so, but instead an extreme chakra control while thinking of the flow of water release. It will almost look like mercury which is in it's liquid form and through this jutsu the user will control the steel. They will control it using hand gestures pushing the steel around in a fluid like motion, yet it will still be solid, just controlled like it's a fluid. This makes it easier to trap people, but at the same time this has another use.
Note: Useable 4 times, last 3 turns per use but only works on existing steel the user has made or is devoid of chakra.
Note: Changing the shape, direction and other control of a steel construct takes up another jutsu of the users per turn after the initial use of this.
Note: This does not effect the strengths and weaknesses of steel, it's just advanced shape manipulation.

This piece of technology acts in a similar way to the Kote, but rather than contain jutsu, it contains a variety of ninja tools and accessories to assist a shinobi in missions or battle. This device contains the following items, that can be used at the same time as another technique:

Flare: The user will release a burst of flares from their devise so bright that they will blind anyone else within mid range. A Cyborg can release this via any technology that forms part of their body, or even their items. This blindness will last for 1 turn. If someone is hit by these flares, they will cause a total of 5 free form damage. This can be done passively. Can be used twice

Grapple: The user will release a grapple on a chakra metal wire from their device to attach to something. From there, if they have the strength, they can pull the item towards them, or they can activate the retract device to pull themselves to where the wire was grappled to. They can cause the grapple to unhook at any time or detach the wire from their device. Cyborgs can release this from any part of their technology (Their arm, gun etc). This can be done in the same time frame as another technique but costs one of the users three moves per turn. User has 3 grapples within their device.

Static discharge: A simple but effective technique. Using technology rather than chakra, the user will release a static charge from their device. This will cause numbing if used on flesh, though if it hits technology, it will disable it for one turn as it causes it to short circuit.

Steam: The user will create a burst of steam from their device. This is just super heated water produced by the device containing no chakra. Acting as a smoke screen or simple deterrent. This reaches short range from the user, boasting 10 damage points that is considered free form.

Note: Only one of these items can be used per turn.

While her opponent deals with the incoming steel blob, still stood on the fluid steel disc now 1 inch above ground level long range from Skarlet, Sheik waves her hand up in the air causing dozens of steel spikes to rise up from the ground beneath the woman covering the area up to short short range of skarlet in case she moves to dodge the steel blob.

As the woman avoids the two dragon heads, Skarlet would simply have the dragon heads follow the woman to strike them due to them being able to reach long range. As the woman throws steel at her, Skarlet would have the other dragon heads coil around her and protect her from the attack. After being protected, the dragon heads would uncoil and while the two heads are still chasing the woman, Skarlet would have one of the of the heads near her releases a stream of blood that would hit the woman dealing A rank damage to her while also causing more damage to happen as time goes by.

(At this point I’m assuming you’re blinded temporarily as you didn’t counter the flares, only being able to see chakra through the blindness because of your Bloodeyes?)

As the two heads curve to follow her as she travels backs down to the ground she points her left hand at the ground to the left shooting her grapple into the ground once again before activating it to pull herself rapidly to the left out of the way of the dragon heads. In the same time frame as the grapple pulls her out of harms way she makes two hand seals opening up the sky dropping sticky mud straight down onto the woman as she sits atop her dragon. As the woman deals with the mud from above Sheik makes two handseals creating an expansive swamp that the writhing creature begins to sink into rapidly.

The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
