Why underestimate the greatest Medical ninja to live?
. No it is not Hashirama.. Tsunade knows about more current poisons which makes her the greatest. Hashirama is said to be superior in the healing part and etc. But overall Tsunade is the greatest.

He has no skills in healing others, he can only heal himself so he isnt what you call a Medical Ninja in general sense, but as a ninja he is tiers above Tsunade.
I really don't get why people downgrade her. She can easily blitz and K.O. She touches you.. your whole nerve system is in trouble. While you take your time to get used to it.. she can easily put you to death.
People downgrade her because some people treat her like she is a Goddess.They say "She can heal anything. Nothing can beat her" and stuff like that. Thats why a majority of the people are not in love with her.
She cannot easily blitz any shinobi who is above elite chuunin level.
Yes she has a lot of brute force but that alone does not make you stronger than everyone else.
The Electrical Nerve thing she used against Kabuto was quite cool. But she never used it again. I wonder why.
