Why underestimate the greatest Medical ninja to live? . No it is not Hashirama.. Tsunade knows about more current poisons which makes her the greatest. Hashirama is said to be superior in the healing part and etc. But overall Tsunade is the greatest.

I really don't get why people downgrade her. She can easily blitz and K.O. She touches you.. your whole nerve system is in trouble. While you take your time to get used to it.. she can easily put you to death.

She is easily top 10. When other person tanks Katon, and take on Susano'o like its a hitting toy.. we shall talk about her not being in top 10.

Have you not noticed that she is the only one conscious even though she's split in half? All of the other Kage are knocked the **** out, yet she is probably going to heal them and sacrifice herself, hell she might even make it. Tsunade is at least #12 in top 15 and she may be higher than that.
