Moving from , continues on his journey. Walking through the flat plains of the land, it's easy to see things in the distance, and out of the corner of his eye Dresden spots a strange glow in the distance.

"What typa shit..?"

Expanding his mind outwards, Dresden attempts to sense whether or not it's a fire or some type of person.

Description: An innate and somewhat passive ability, Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. Legilimens ( users of Legilimency ) are able to detect if a person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories if their target is not skilled in blocking their minds. In most cases, this is not a harmful or detrimental ability, allowing the user a way to predict and understand the opponent's movements and actions with the utmost clarity. While it is similar to reading minds, it should be noted that Legilimency is not as simple as the muggle art of mind-reading; mind-reading assumes that one is simply eavesdropping on the thoughts currently running through the head of another. Legilimency, however, requires the wizard to navigate and move through the various areas of the brain. In it's lowest levels ( B rank ), the user is able to utilize it in a way similar to "mind reading", allowing the user to 'read' the opponent's current thoughts and ones related to them at that moment. This is the basic level of Legilimency and once active, lasts until the user ends it's usage. With training and power, this ability and range increases. At A rank power the user becomes capable of actual navigating the target's mind and it's many layers. This is as harmless as the B rank variant. However, despite all of this, this ability isn't without drawback. The A-Rank version requires the target to be within mid-range while the B-Rank version works up to long-range (one landmark for normal members, two for House Heads and three for the Headmaster).

Note: Although the B rank version is a passive ability honed when the user reaches Year 6, he cannot use the A rank and higher versions without actually actively using this jutsu.
Note: A rank usage can allow one to simply navigate the mind.
Note: A rank usage can only be used once every four turns, lasting 3 turns each usage and requiring a two turn usage break in between A rank and higher usages.

The person's (creature's?) thoughts were vast, though it was easy to see that this was a sentient being seeking to go on some sort of chaotic rampage. Not on Dresden's watch. Walking towards the preternatural form, Dresden activates the A-Rank legilimency as soon as he enters the edge of mid range, quickly reading through his mind as he would a book. He learns about Cassander's life, his ressurection, his abilities, his personality, and his deepest secrets.

"Cassander Uchiha, you've had an interesting past to the say the least."

Biting his lip and swiping blood across his Liger tattoo, Dresden quickly summons Perseus to his aid.

"I'm sorry to summon you on such short notice, but our enemy is great indeed."

Description: The user wipes his hands over his summoning tattoo, or makes several handseals and summons, Perseus. Perseus, when on all fours, is 1.5x size of a grown man standing and when Perseus is standing on his hind legs, he is close to 3 meters taller than a bear on it's hind legs and proportionately sized also. Dressed in traditional Ancient Greek armor, Perseus is as fast as most Ligers, with speed on the same scale as Jason and the ability to use Fuuinjutsu up to S rank, as well as Taijutsu, a trait common to Ligers due to their size. Perseus carries a traditional sword with him and a special shield called Aegis with him when summoned. With the head of the figure Medusa on it, the shield has a passive ability that works as soon as he is summoned; based on the myths of the Gorgon's petrifying abilities, the Aegis shield causes a "petrifying" effect on enemies when summoned, slowing them by one rank each turn until dispersed (up to a maximum of 4 ranks below). This works by a passive seal triggering on summoning, causing those enemies in a mid range vicinity to become gradually slower, as if they are becoming stone like as their weight increases due to wave-like chakra pulses that affect the target by opposing their motion. A common ability of Ligers is their ability to transform into useful items for the summoner, such as Achilles transforming into a set of armor and Icarus transforming into a set of taijutsu enhancing claws. In line with this, Perseus is able to turn into the Aegis Shield itself, this time using his basic Fuuinjutsu ability in a way that allows him to affect and seal the usage of chakra of the target. By "petrifying" a type of chakra within the target, this ability called Medusa's Glare allows the Aegis shield to glow and activate a Fuuinjutsu that causes those in mid range that the user designates to lose access to high ranking chakra (A rank and up) of a specific field until Perseus disperses; this works similarly to the Gourd of Sealing, preventing usage of the nature and elements associated with said nature if elemental chakra is applied up to the aforementioned rank. This cannot be used to seal a broad field like Ninjutsu in order to remove every field related to it. After dispersing, the opponent regains the ability to move at normal Speed as well as full access to their chakra.

Note: Can only be summoned once in Liger form or once weapon form.
Note: Lasts four turns. If summoned in Liger form and turned into shield form, it's duration will still be four turns.
Note: Medusa's Glare can only be used in shield form and once per opponent. Freeform usage of the shield is able to block basic attacks and chakra fueled ones of similar rank once per turn.

Challenge to Cassander Uchiha
Rules of Engagement against Cassander Uchiha
I. Fights against Cassander Uchiha operate by normal NW rules, with a few notable and important exceptions.
II. Set time limit for the opponent is 48 hours, no exceptions. This is to ensure that all roleplayers have an opportunity to fight Cassander. Exceeding time limit will cause Cassander to teleport out of the fight and appear at a different location, ending the fight at that point. This awards Kumi equivalent to the number of turns the fight lasted for.
III. Contenders do not have the right to a Sensei or Moderator check. Issues are to be handled with the staff controlling Cassander in conversation. Quoting will not pause the time limit.
IV. Fighting against multiple opponents allows both combatants to earn Kumi per turn. Should one opponent fall earlier than another, their Kumi will be cut off at that point. Note that Cassander's power reaches its height when fighting against multiple opponents.
V. Cassander's skills are a mystery. Thus, the skills will only be revealed as they are used, passive or otherwise. Skills are revealed in stages. Thus, a skill with multiple aspects to it will only reveal each aspect individually.
Dresden's attempts to pierce Cassander's mind were met with failure. It was instantly revealed that Cassaander's mental barricades, erected by his own innate connection with Yin Release, were far too powerful to be overcome by a normal combatant. It was a skill known as Psionic Feedback; rather than read his thoughts, understand his past and skills, Dresden was met with a dreadful and horrifying woman screaming - as if she was being torn to shreds by an army bent on nothing but pure conquest and devastation. The screams would leave him reeling, suffering in dreadful pain that rendered him dizzied for two turns. Despite the dizziness, he is still able to summon Perseus.

"YOU! You come before me on this hallowed Conqueror's End seeking to know me in some attempt to learn my past...or even my skills? HA! Come forth challenger, you must learn my skills first hand!" He shouts, relishing in the challenge as Dresden stumbled around with Perseus by his side. He passively activates his Sharingan and then, also passively, ascends it to its Mangekyou state. He immediately ignites Dresden in black flames. They manifest as a mass encompassing the entire portion of his body facing Cassander. It was, perhaps, the first test to all opponents who faced him - a trial to see if they could survive future encounters. As Dresden dealt with the flames, he would continue to perform a ritual of his own...an unhallowed ritual to bring forth the dead. It was similar to that which the Necromancers had used prior to reviving him.

Clasping his hands together, he focused an immense amount of chakra throughout the earth. Hands would rupture the snowy fields in George Romero fashion, their moans slowly growing louder as they clawed their way to the surface. The decomposed bodies varied; some were hikers, lost in the snow ridden fields of the Dead Plains. Others were regal figures, men and women of ancient times that ruled the area. In total, 10 zombies would be risen from the dead. Each armed with varying weapons, like spears and swords, and regenerated with compacted earth and snow. They would be empowered by the Argead Blessing, as a subsequent product of Cassander's chakra, each given A-Rank strength. They would shamble forth as a mass of corpses, picking up speed as they began to rush at Perseus and Dresden.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.

Descripton: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.

Description: This technique is called the "ultimate earth-element resurrection technique" because it focuses upon using the earth itself as a medium to revive corpses. By utilising soil in the local ground, the user can revive the fallen present there in one of two ways. The first version allows the user to seemingly continuously resurrect a large number of slain people as zombies, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or techniques at their disposal. They are fairly easy to destroy, capable of enduring little more than Taijutsu and D-Rank Ninjutsu. The amount of zombies raised is directly proportional to the chakra spent to search through the ground and awaken the corpse's remains. Some corpses may not be in a perfect state, being deteriorated or decomposed, in which case, earth will form the missing areas into functional parts. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust. The second version allows the user to bring a person back as a perfect resurrection, able to use all their skills from when alive, with the addition of a preset directive the person is forced to obey despite being consciously aware. Unlike the Impure World Reincarnation technique, the soul is not bound to the body nor can the user completely overcome the targets personality. In this case, the user needs access to both a large amount of chakra as well as the fresh, preserved corpse of the target. The limitation of this technique is that, while with Impure World Reincarnation one can summon the pre-prepared revived ninjas at any time and how many times one needs by summoning them, with this technique, the user can only use it once and cannot prepare it beforehand. This means that the user will either need to bring a sealed corpse and perform the technique in the midst of battle or perform it in a fallen enemy who will then be used for as long as is necessary. Another difference is that the revived ninja is not immune to damage and will not regenerate if damaged though injury is not enough to stop it and the corpse will continue to work and function while it has some way to do so. At any time, by performing a Snake hand seal and snapping their fingers, the caster of this technique releases the resurrected targets, turning them into loose soil.
Note: The technique can only be used once.
Note: First version will produce how many corpses the user is willing to pay chakra for, all of which will last until destroyed.
Note: Second version can only be used in one corpse and requires access to a corpse which will not be usable anymore once the technique or the battle ends but that can last while chakra is fueled to sustain it or the technique is ended.
Note: In either cases, defeating the caster of the technique ends the technique.
Note: To use a corpse, the user must have sealed it in an official fight, approved by an RP Moderator, linking to which, upon reviving, is mandatory.

Psionic Feedback: A skill derived from Cassander's innate connection with Yin-Yang, and his mastery over Yin Release. This erects a potent mental defense in Cassander's mind and spirit, affording him powerful countermeasures to mental invaders. Those who attempt to read his mind or penetrate his spirit will be met with a dreadful and horrifying scream which leaves opponents dizzied for two turns after the attempt. This skill can be overcome by enemies of equal rank with access to Yin Release.

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye (Passive)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.

( Doujutsu: Amaterasu ) - Eye Technique: Shining Heaven

Descripton: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, Amaterasu is the ability to ignite the undying black flames. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. By coming between the user and his target, a fast enough defense can block the intended focal point (the enemy) and defend him from the black flames, as long as its tangible and completely blocks the users line of sight.

(Kinjutsu Doton Soseijutsu: Shishi Dojō) Forbidden Earth Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil

Description: This technique is called the "ultimate earth-element resurrection technique" because it focuses upon using the earth itself as a medium to revive corpses. By utilising soil in the local ground, the user can revive the fallen present there in one of two ways. The first version allows the user to seemingly continuously resurrect a large number of slain people as zombies, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or techniques at their disposal. They are fairly easy to destroy, capable of enduring little more than Taijutsu and D-Rank Ninjutsu. The amount of zombies raised is directly proportional to the chakra spent to search through the ground and awaken the corpse's remains. Some corpses may not be in a perfect state, being deteriorated or decomposed, in which case, earth will form the missing areas into functional parts. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust. The second version allows the user to bring a person back as a perfect resurrection, able to use all their skills from when alive, with the addition of a preset directive the person is forced to obey despite being consciously aware. Unlike the Impure World Reincarnation technique, the soul is not bound to the body nor can the user completely overcome the targets personality. In this case, the user needs access to both a large amount of chakra as well as the fresh, preserved corpse of the target. The limitation of this technique is that, while with Impure World Reincarnation one can summon the pre-prepared revived ninjas at any time and how many times one needs by summoning them, with this technique, the user can only use it once and cannot prepare it beforehand. This means that the user will either need to bring a sealed corpse and perform the technique in the midst of battle or perform it in a fallen enemy who will then be used for as long as is necessary. Another difference is that the revived ninja is not immune to damage and will not regenerate if damaged though injury is not enough to stop it and the corpse will continue to work and function while it has some way to do so. At any time, by performing a Snake hand seal and snapping their fingers, the caster of this technique releases the resurrected targets, turning them into loose soil.
Note: The technique can only be used once.
Note: First version will produce how many corpses the user is willing to pay chakra for, all of which will last until destroyed.
Note: Second version can only be used in one corpse and requires access to a corpse which will not be usable anymore once the technique or the battle ends but that can last while chakra is fueled to sustain it or the technique is ended.
Note: In either cases, defeating the caster of the technique ends the technique.
Note: To use a corpse, the user must have sealed it in an official fight, approved by an RP Moderator, linking to which, upon reviving, is mandatory.
Skills Revealed:
Psionic Feedback: A skill derived from Cassander's innate connection with Yin-Yang, and his mastery over Yin Release. This erects a potent mental defense in Cassander's mind and spirit, affording him powerful countermeasures to mental invaders. Those who attempt to read his mind or penetrate his spirit will be met with a dreadful and horrifying scream which leaves opponents dizzied for two turns after the attempt. This skill can be overcome by enemies of equal rank with access to Yin Release.

Ninjutsu Fields Revealed: Kinjutsu
Dresden's attempts to pierce his mental fortitude were met with a mental defense the likes of which Dresden had never seen. Though he still has the fortitude and foresight to avert his eyes as long as he sees the characteristic red iris of an Uchiha, while Perseus transforms himself into the Aegis shield.

"Even somebody with mastery of Occlumency wouldn't be able to resist a master Legilimens like this."

And, more note-worthy, the man had been able to cause Dresden pain with this strange defense. Withdrawing his probing mind back within himself, Dresden readies himself for battle, knowing that he won't be able to predict his opponent's attacks, like usual.

Thus, the instant that the black flames materialize, Perseus would use his ability to restrict and seal his opponent's ability to use his Kekkai Genkai up to and including A rank, meaning that Cassander's sharingan should deactivate completely. In the same instant, Dresden would change himself and his attire into mahou, reflexively and instantly reappearing a meter to the left of his previous location. As he had changed his composition into mahou and changed location, the black flames would simply be left burning in the space that he had just occupied. Of course, Dresden does take some damage, feeling burns all along his body, though he grits his teeth and prepares to continue fighting.

Unable to take a moment to catch his breath though, Dresden would see a large wave of what seemed to be corpses charging at him.

"Jesus fucking Christ, man."

With a wave of his staff, and an almost imperceptible utterance of a word:

"Raiton.."

Dresden causes the earth beneath the zombies to rise up, imbued with massive amounts of Raiton chakra.

"I'll just bury you again!"

With a roar, Dresden causes the earth below the zombies and surrounding them to rise and carry them into the air, paralysing them with raiton chakra and drawing the zombies within the center of the cube of raiton imbued earth, within this large cube, the zombies are immobilized because of the earth and pressure bearing down on them, as well as the raiton chakra coursing through. The cube, guided by Dresden's staff, is then sent upwards into the air before being sent hurtling back towards Cassander, aiming to crush him under tons of rubble and deal damage towards him.

( Shutsubotsu ) - Apparition

Description: Apparition is a magical method of transportation based upon the actions of Summoning and Reverse Summoning jutsu. Appearing as the user being twisted and swirled into nothing within a swirling clear haze, accompanied with a loud rustling or rushing sound, while usually ending in a crack, as if the subject(s)t is being sucked into a vortex, one must be completely determined to reach one's destination, and move without haste, but with deliberation. After first determining a position, the user focuses his mind solely on said location before channeling Mahou. Similarly to Summoning, the user uses his magic to mark the location he wishes to travel to before breaking his body into pure mahou itself, dispersing and moving rapidly and reforming in the new location. While seemingly powerful, this has drawbacks on how fast it is performed and when the user reforms in his new location. The user, despite disappearing instantly, can only reform instantly within short range. If the user is attempting to reform within mid range, it is down near instantly, taking as much time as it takes to launch a kunai. When appearing in long range, there is a noticeable lag in between disappearing and reappearing, taking twice as long as previously, or in clearer terms the time it takes to form a normal jutsu.

Alternatively, through this jutsu, Dark Wizards are able to use their Dark Arts power to achieve unsupported flight. The user has the ability to turn into and emanate black smoke, especially from his cloak, allowing him to levitate, float, and shoot through the air, even while partially transformed into it. Moving at twice his speed, this allows a Dark Wizard a chance to afflict damage whilst moving through air at high speeds. While in this gaseous form however, they are susceptible to wind jutsu, being used to knock them out of the form. Flight is a passive B ranked ability, however usage of it means the user cannot Apparate within the next two turns or that same one.
Note: A ranked usage denotes a short to Mid range usage. After each usage, the user cannot use for four turns.
Note: S rank usage denotes a long range movement, preventing usage of this for three turns and F rank Mahou spells in the same turn. S ranked variant can only be used 3 times in all.
Note: Only Dark Wizards can achieve flight and by choosing to use this, they cannot Apparate for two turns for every one turn usage of it, meaning if flight is used for two turns, they wont be able to use Apparition for 4 turns.

Description: Calling on concepts from 'Four Pillar Bind' and 'Lightning Blades Levitation', this technique allows the user to perform two hand seals and send Lightning chakra into the ground to carve out multiple shapes of rock through the careful administration of the destructive properties of lightning. Various shapes can be crafted, ranging from walls, cubes and pillars to spikes and even crude weapons. The shapes, filled to the brim and coated with lightning chakra, can be manipulated to violently rise from the ground, guided into a desired position, and can even be made to levitate mid-air. Upon creation the shapes will, acting as conductors and amplifiers for the lightning chakra, release multiple bolts of lightning that dance from one shape to the next at rapid speeds and repeatedly shock anything caught within their formation. Meanwhile the created shapes pose the threat of crushing, smashing into, or stabbing through anything caught within their path. The created shapes can be of a large enough scale to impale and completely incapacitate a large summoning such as Gamabunta. However they can also be created in far smaller sizes for the sake of releasing smaller, yet far more potent lightning bolts. In the case of the creation of but a single shape, lightning will radiate out from around the rock forming a perimeter of electricity that will cover twice the area of that which the rock covers.

The Argead General would watch perceiving the field before him as a strange occurrence began to overtake his opponent. The man would begin to fade as he vanished reappearing a meter to the left of his previous position. Even with his sharingan deactivating such a small movement was easy to react to as the man yelled out the word "raiton" waving his staff Cassander would course Yang energy through his arms.
In unison to the man throwing forth a cube of electricity toward the corpses, Cassander would throw his arms forward his right following the lighting and his left aimed directly for his opponent. A whispy white-hot energy would rush outward from his arms as it became shrouded in a blue crackling aura the whole sentient construct chirping in a cacophony of noise and light. Eight heads would be created as four long ethereal snake-like creatures would burst forth from each arm. They would move forward as a living being directed by the thoughts of Cassander.
The first head would slam into the cube of lightning infused earth easily overwhelming it piercing through being hearty enough to survive it. Abruptly the rubble began to rain down as obliterated chunks of earth and undead fell from the sky. You basssssss-tard! The snake would cry out in a painful hiss cutting into the mind of the Argead General. It would be met with indifference and silence as the general saw this creature merely as a pawn to be used.
If the creature died so be it, it was a creature birthed from himself given the gift of life merely on a whim. Its life like this man's was the General's to do with as he pleased. Be it to toy with it, or to put it to use. The head was told to move downward and to intercept any attack the man threw at them being basically unaffected by it's interaction with the cube of lightning.

As the lone head moved upward to intercept the cube of lightning seven more were directed mentally to move forward to attack the magus. Two would rush in from above cutting off the chance of flying up and avoiding the onslaught aimed to bite and tear away at Dresden's head, and neck.
In unison to this two more of these sentient creatures would come in from below skating across the ground with the intention of coming up and biting the legs ripping them off one came in from the left, aiming for the respective leg, as the other came in from the right aimed for its respective leg. Two more would rush in from the right and left aimed for either side of the abdomen while the final one would snake its way around the others and the man himself with the intent of snapping its fangs down upon the man's posterior.

Description: This technique sees the creation of the mythical serpent, the Yamata no Orochi. The user begins by gathering their Yang chakra into their arms and creating three branching streams of white chakra from each of them as well as coating both arms in chakra. The user’s arms and streams of chakra will take the form of serpents with flaming amber eyes. Due to the nature of this technique utilizing one’s Yang chakra, these serpents are not simple manifestations of chakra, but actual sentient creatures. The serpents can sense entities like ordinary snakes and they share a telepathic link to the user, allowing them to communicate with each other. They act like chakra arms and can be used for a variety of purposes. In the base form of this technique, the 8 branches are simple ethereal constructs of sentient Yang chakra. In their second form, users can add nature release to the branches to increase their power. In their third and final form, the user can add Yin Release chakra and give the branches physical bodies. The addition of the Yin Release also gives the branches unique venom which drains the physical vitality of the victim. The bite from each snake lowers a victim’s physical speed, reaction, and ability to use high ranked physical techniques.
Note: Form 1 is capable by all users of Yang Release, Form 2 is capable of Yang Release masters and Yin-Yang users. Form 3, also known as Yin-Yang Release: Yamata no Orochi is only capable of Yin-Yang Users with an affinity to Yang Release.
Note: The vitality degenerating venom is capable by all branches of this technique, however there is only enough for 3 usages. The vitality degeneration venom becomes worse with every bite. If a victim is bitten once their base reaction/tracking is reduced by half, twice and their base speed and physical damage is reduced by half, and thrice they will lose the ability to use any form of tai or kenjutsu techniques and will be rendered completely paralyzed 2 turns after the third bite if not healed. The victim will be unable to do anything short of breathing, including using their chakra. Users bitten once also become incapable of using physical elevating techniques such as Sage Mode or EIG.
Note: Medical ninja or other Yang Release users can rid themselves of the poison through means of medical techniques or vitality boosting techniques such as power of the sun.
Note: Technique can only be used once per battle and requires 50 chakra points to maintain (60 above the first form). While this technique is in use, the user cannot use any non-elemental ninjutsu, Yin Release, or Yin-Yang techniques (other than this technique’s advanced variation).

The multiple heads of Yamata No Orochi would sink their fangs into the magus that stood before the General and moments after his opponent was defeated Cassander would vanish just as quickly as he appeared. It seemed that he was merely chasing the thrill of combat with his current opponent dispatched he had nothing left to do here.
With the Yamata No Orochi at his side, extended outward from his body like a chakra cloak, for those few brief moments it was plain to see why this man was considered a One Man Army. He needed no troops to command, and no men by his side he created his own giving birth to creatures he could command and act alongside.
The chaos he created seemed to fade abruptly with his disappearance but the fires he created and the people he slaughtered would be a grim reminder of the hell that could have been brought to the world should Alexandros and his minion Cassander not have fallen. It would remind the world why they celebrated the fall of such powerful men who could have completely changed the course of history.
