Well,the leg weights slowed down my movements at first but gradually started to pick up the pace.I couldn't freely maneuver as a I wished to at the beginning.Being heavy,the leg weights affected the fluidity of my body movements.After the first fight,I grasped the concept of how hard it is to actually use the weights in a fight.Then I started picking up the pace of getting used to the weights and now it feels like it's a part of my body.Although I tried to get close to my opponents to do some free form tai,everyone of them responded with Ninjutsu so I did what I had to scrape off and counter.Now I feel as fast as I used to be,if not faster.I would like to see what would happen if the weights are removed O^O
