DC judged harder than Marvel

So what I don't get is, why is DC judged harder than Marvel? Let me just give you a scenario here.

The Superman movie.. Man of steel got bashed on by most/some marvel fans, and some haters and some christopher reeves fanboys/girls. And these were the following reasons:

- Superman was too dark (Too bad its the same superman from the comics.. normal country boy attitude..)
- Superman didn't smile (Even though he did.)
- Superman didn't save people while fighting a godly character who was equal to him or stronger than him. (Yes because superman call pull off a Goku, and make his bent on killing all humans enemy come to an empty spot to clash it out. And he can also be saving people one by one, while fighting a guy who was whipping his ass.. )
- Superman let his dad die (his dad told him to let him die..)
- Superman just wasn't Christopher reeves with his red undies. (And you people believe Reeves was a good superman? roflll. This is always funny coming from those who say superman is too corny or w.e)


^^^^^^^ That is DC being judged on just 1 movie. And now here is what the more vocal internet users are saying, "DC movies better catch up to marvel and produce better movies than Man of steel, cause it sucked.".

Now on that basis lets take a good look at Marvel movies so far (don't assume i'm bashing these movies, i have the dvd for all them, and watch them alot and love them. But i'm giving credit where credit is due):

- Hulk = Trash in front of Man of steel. What was that? Was it even the hulk? Or a big buff green guy who can only throw tanks?
- Captain America : first avenger = Holy shit is this overwanked.. despite the immense corniness from Captain america running to the corniness of the plot and and the costume.. it was at best a 7 or 6 star movie..

- Ironman 1-3 : the only "depthful" superhero movie series Marvel actually has. Why? Because this is the movie that allowed them to compete with Batman. But taking it as a "superhero" comic movie.. still doesn't come at the level of Superman.. Especially the third one.

- Thor 1: Just no.. hardly a superhero comicbook movie.... seemed like a 30 minute short movie when you get done watching it.

- Thor 2: BEST COMIC BOOK Superhero movie made so far, i'm not gonna put this down.. this movie is easily above Man of Steel.

- Winter Soldier: I'll put it a little above Man of Steel, due to it under perfoming Captain America itself.. and the horrible character design.

NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE BIG BOY THAT IS ALWAYS COMPARED TO MAN OF STEEL... AVENGERS:

1. plothole after plothole

2. Hardly any depth... just being honest

3. sissy ass Alien invasion

4. just had cool moments.. that is it pretty much..

5. The casting.. only 3 people were the correct cast out of the 6 or 7 of them. Fat fury = bad cast, Hawkeye = bad cast, RDJ = bad cast, Just like all those who have been cast as Batman were bad casts for BATMAN himself..until recently when they picked a 6'4" guy to play batman

THIS IS NOT ME BASHING OR PUTTING DOWN THESE MOVIES.. THIS IS ME SIMPLY STATING WHAT I SEE FROM A "negative" point of view.


So there are about uh 2 movies that marvel has.. that are actually better than Man of steel.. when you talk about entertainment/ movie standards and build up alone.. So why does DC even need to trip about Marvel? They don't.... Marvel is marvel, Dc is Dc. So why judge one wayyy more harder than the other one?

Probably. But on a Comic book movie basis.. The Zod vs Superman fight... makes the Marvel fights look like nothing but a child's play.

- Captain AMerica.. go read the comics.. one of the most OP people there..
- Spiderman.. OP as hell
- Hulk.... don't even get me started
- Ironman.. Holy freaking shit..
- Thor... Freaking god....
- Not to mention the other avengers who join Avengers later on..

Disney simply nerfed them down...

Man of Steel straight had plot holes and stupid stuff throughout that marvel really doesn't do in it's movies. To name a few:

-Supermans father predicted and prepared for the impending doom of krypton yet only built a a ship with one seat that's sized for a baby. How does that make any sense?

-The Kryptonians learn that the world really is going to be ending, yet they send the traitor prisoners off the planet? Wtf. Not only that but they keep whatever keeps the prison locked on there planet. So when it's destroyed the prisoners are freed.

-Superman after getting his ass kicked finally gets the upperhand on zod because of the earths atmosphere, then superman sits there and brags about how that use to affect him and how he dealt with it, basically telling zod how to survive. That's was the dumbest thing I've seen in a superhero movie.

One of the reasons I also think DC gets judged hard is because they really only have a few really popular verses(superman, batman, etc) and then when they started the Dark Knight series they set the movie standard. Yet each movie they've released hasn't been anywhere near as good(green latern) which is bad when you only really have a few flagship characters.

While marvel releases excellent quality movies, the writing is always good mixing everything from humor to love and it's done well, they get great actors and they actually try to make really good movies. Not to mention they're releasing enough movies where people can get to know the verses and characters. While DC only has a few movies in comparison and aside from the Dark Knight movies they have all been mediocre in my opinion.

I'm not even gonna read because it's obvious your just a DC fanboy. Marvel puts everything they got into their movies and they've been doing this far longer too so of course they make better films. You gonna bash them just because DC still needs to learn the ropes. C'mon Man Of Steel was great I agree but that doesn't mean you need to go bashing Marvel films just to prove your point. We all love Marvel movies and your rant shows me that you have watched every single one of them and care for them just as much as we do.

Now before you spread rumors more bro. Here is the plan that DC is taking that is confirmed.

What they are doing is following the way the "justice league" was made in the animated series. Not sure if you know this or not, but they had Batman the animated Series and Superman the animated series. And then they brought them both together into Batmanand Superman : World's Finest.. and then after that they had justice league.


DC's current plans:

- Batman V. Superman : Dawn of justice (Will bring together the 2 legends so they know each other before Justice league is made and have some sort of a chemistry together. And also will have some Cameos for Aquaman and others.. not them actually having that screen time..

- Justice League: will be the movie that makes Justice league united and together.. just like the Avengers was.

- Aqua man: For Aqua man

- Wonderwoman : for wonderwoman

- Flash : for FLash

- Man of steel 2: Another superman movie

Another movie that might be in is SHAZAM.

So what do you mean they have no idea of what they are doing..

And again i don't hate those movies or dislike them.. i simply judged them from a negative point of view to play the Devil's advocate.. I wouldn't buy the dvds for all those (except Winter soldier), if i didn't like them..

But those are the confirmed ones.. I personally do not see any wrong in them making justice league before other movies.. That is actually a pretty good choice.

- Watch the movie and what he says as to why he only built it for his son. He wasn't an egineer.. he was a scientist, who had no support by the government.. This is already addressed in the movie.

- Clearly missed out the part where they didn't believe Jor El... nice job following the movie.

- This is your biggest complaint after seeing Avengers and other movies? damn. But lets see the logic here.. you can't get your sense right.. or you are seeing blury.. common logic and sense says you have to focus.. Its not just something superman knows.. its something most people know.. And you still believe he could've killed Zod then? And the mere fact this was superman's FIRST fight.. and you are judging it this hard.. damn

- Dark Knight series > Any Marvel movie made... Best trilogy in all of superhero comics so far.. I mean green lantern was more entertaining than Captain America the first avenger.. and Thor 1....

- Again the marvel fapping.. despite the corny ass movies the released. Not to mention their horrible ass casting. RDJ yes he did a good job as Tony stark.. but he is in no way the Tony stark from the comics.. That ain't tony stark.. thats RDJ. Hawkeye.. bad casting again.. not to mention he got trolled in the avengers. Fat fury.. this was a joke.... Nic Fury is one of the fittest dudes in the marvel verse.. yet they cast him as that? Rofl are you serious?


PS: I hardly give a crap about which is better. Because i watch all of the movies. I'm only defending DC because they get bashed without people having any logic sense, and not applying the same logic to marvel movies.
