when it comes to the dragonball series the original dragnball was the best out of the 3 i found dbz nd gt just to over the top, were as dragonball had a nice adventure feel to it and it was hilarious and kishimoto was influenced by the original dragonball not dbz as he stated in an interview that he liked it until frieza appearance but i do believe naruto is a much stronger manga even do db was so influential but thats manly down to being one of the 1st mager battle manga

The only reason that you think that is probably because the lot of us have overused dbz too much, as much as an anime can be overused, and now you find it boring. Over our lifes we have watched it and talked about it for countless of times that now it could be boring to some people... I guess i can understand that..

I think dbz is a legend, and till now it's my favourite anime show ever,,,
i'm a big fan of naruto, but when i compare this two, i found that i can't never ever forget about dbz and put it in my second choice... :d

mmm iono bout that the DBZ character were wayyy too overpowered and some of the fights were just dragged out way to long with two kamemehas blasting at each other for 2 or more episodes.

DBZ is just raw power VS raw power, naruto uses strategy in their fights which makes them much more enjoyable.

I'm going to say this point blank do not be bias like soooo many others have been. U say it's overpowered becuz ur used to naruto fights most likely and they don't go far out into space and destroy entire planets with one blow. Db or DBZ may not be ur fav but don't try to force ur opinion on to others. Naruto and DBZ are two different universes with very different plots and creators so don't compare two very unlike things to see which is better everyone has their opinion. Besides I never even watched DBZ and I even know its legend. So:flaw: DON'T FORCE YOUR OPINION ONTO OTHERS!!! PEACE!!

That's like saying Michael Jackson wasn't the best entertainer and Chris Brown is better! Like Michael influenced all modern day entertainers with his actions, DBZ influenced all modern day action anime. It didn't need a dramatic story line. They way things were back then, if it had all the drama that the animes of today has, we wouldn't have liked it. What we wanted to see was great battles that made us go outside and pretend to be these characters and that what we got. It was perfect for it's time so it will forever be one of the best anime's in history. Go attack another anime from the past like Tenchi Muyo, Reboot, Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing; I don't really give a f**K, just leave DBZ alone.
