Why are you ignoring SM and saying naruto only improved with bijuu chakra? Besides the last databook was based on naruto naruto who just learned FRS. There's a significant difference between that naruto and current naruto. Naruto learnt frog kata which means his taijutsu would see an improvement, naruto's intelligence definitely increased based on recent feats and his speed also increased.

There is no way naruto will be under 30 in DB 4

So, sasuke's intelligence didn't improve as well I take it? It's one thing to be unpredictable, it's another thing to execute tactics effectively. Naruto showed keen observation against juubito and showed good tactics against kaguya and pain. Naruto's intelligence improved no doubt.

Tsunade has got 5 in ninjutsu when she has lesser feats than Naruto.
Gai has got 3 in genjutsu when he is more susceptible to genjutsu than Naruto.
Jiraiya who is weaker than Naruto in Taijutsu has got 4.5.
Naruto climbed the whole shinjuu and went to VotE after crossing a country in just a few seconds. He is also faster than Kakashi in base who got 4.5 in speed.
Strength may be 4.5 or 5, since he has got the body of the sage. Even Jiraiya has got 4.5.
Handseals ....not sure but his chakra control has improved since then so it should increase slightly and should atleast be 2.5.
Actually all physical stats increase after getting rikudou's chakra as seen from Obito's and Kakashi's case.

The databook stats are based on Naruto without bijuu/charaka/sage mode while Sasuke is based on 3 tomoe sharingan, thats why last time Sasuke got 31 while Naruto got 26 (mind you the book was released when Naruto learned sage mode and Sasuke just gained MS)

Except that you're wrong. The 3rd Databook covered up until volume 43, or chapter 402. That's why before Naruto
learned SM. Lol

and Sasuke had the MS at the time.
