Look at the portion at the bottom right of the posts. See the "Reply with Quote" part? There is a tiny dialogue box like form with quotation marks inside it and + sign under it right next to it? If you click it, it will indicate a tick. It means that post has been selected as the first multi-quote post.

Click on it again if you want to quote another post and then finally click the "Reply with the Quote" on the last post you want to quote. If you did it right, then all the posts you ticked will appear above it in the order in which you selected them. Got it?

This is inside naruto's mind. All the tailed beast are there just like kurama is there. Not partially but all of them are fully there. Hence naruto has their chakra and will not lose it. He really doesn't even need to ask for it. He could just take it like he did with kurama. But naruto is the good guy, so of course he will ask first.
