Jesus, with all the manga scans that show he didn't lose it people decide to imply he lost it cause he didn't use it on Toneri, that's like saying Sasuke lost his ems and rinnegan cause he didn't use them on onion boy

I remember him telling Naruto that he was burnt out and Naruto proving him wrong by forming big ass rs (yea he used natural energy but it can only be absorbed in proportion to how much chakra you have)
Naruto didn't lose the bijuu power because he was able to end Infinite tsukyomi with Sasuke, unless you believe he asked the Nokia who were in genjutsu for chakra.

Think about the context. When Naruto was fighting Toneri the world was at risk of being destroyed, yet he doesn't use his strongest mode to try to save the world quickly?
Sasuke against the Onion boy didn't have the world at stake,and Sasuke defeating the kid very easily in seconds. It didn't take much.

Read properly; I said he's the meeting place. RSM isn't possible without all Bijuu chakra which manifests the TSBs as well. He ran out of it at the end of the fight. As a result, he lost the cloak and the TSBs as well.
But since he's the meeting place, he can ask for the chakra again. That was never possible because of Hogoromo, but the Ninshuu he practiced with the Bijuu well before this.

Naruto hasn't lost rsm. If he has the kyuubi inside him, then he has rbsm as well. What the sage gave naruto was his chakra. He unlocked rsm by himself the same way sasuke unlocked his rinnegan. I'm also pretty sure he has access to a fraction of the other bijuu's power.

HE didn't run out Sasuke was wrong if he was completely tapped how would he have made those rasenshurikens and go into brawling for hours. All this assumption that denies manga scans. The power of the bijuus and the rinnegan is required to end IT, when Hagaromo told naruto the bijuu chakra seeped into him he emphasizes the longevity of this power. So how is this explicitly stated information contradicted by the implied thoughts of fans based on Sasukes inaccurate and possibly mistranslated by you observation. Especially when the ending of infinite tsukyomi proves The sages observation right.
Regarding the fight against Toneri
There is no reason to believe he has lost it just because he didn't use it
Naruto didn't use basic sage mode when he fought hand to hand with Sasuke (Sasuke gave him enough time when he was fending off clones and he had enough chakra ) but that doesn't mean he lost sm.
Naruto just didn't aim for overkill
