Yes but the opponent would probably end up using a weaker technique to beat them. For example if sasuke was fighting dms obito, solo arrow wouldn't do shit but he can win by simply using solo glance.

It probably isn't a one-time thing. But for you to be beefed by 9 bijuu and get oomed off firing one shot only goes to show you that the attack he used is something he shouldn't fire off like it's Naruto's TBB's or RS.

It's like you would expect a D rank Fuuton Ninjutsu to trump a B, or A rank Raiton Ninjutsu. It wouldn't overpowered something that much stronger regardless of the natural order of things, best case is weaken or cancel.

Kurama has more chakra than all of the other Tailed Beast. The other Tailed Beast are probably drained from being used all day.

What rank your jutsu is has nothing to do with it. It's how much chakra that's put into it.

Itachi's Fireball Jutsu matched a Water Jutsu by Sage Mode Kabuto.

But a super boosted D rank wouldn't still be a D rank technically. (I'm not saying what was used is that, it's an example.)

You do know half of Kurama have more chakra than all the Tailed Beast. Yin Kurama is probably close to 100% of his full power. Yang Kurama is drained from the war. Yang Kurama is probably around 40%.

Plus, that's only a part of the Eight-Tails.

The other Biju shouldn't be at 100% either from fighting.

As I stated above, naruto didn't claim any technique of his as strongest yet unlike sasuke who claimed Indra arrow as his strongest technique.

My point was that naruto showed more OP techniques than these mere 2 FRS.

Juubi body = 9 bijuus

Naruto has juubi body power
Sasuke has juubi eye power

But naruto didn't use other bijuus chakra against sasuke.

Whilst sasuke needed juubi body powers too in order to match with narutos powers.

So you can clearly judge who is stronger among them.
