Dat Solo Arrow too OP

The Solo Arrow seem to be a lightning base attack, and Naruto's Rasenshuriken's are Wind base. Therefore, Naruto had the advantage, but the Solo Arrow still manage to cancel out Naruto's attack.

C'mon LMAO!!! Isn't the reason Naruto learned the Rasenshuriken was to beat Sasuke's Lightning. So much for Wind > Lightning.

The Solo Arrow seem to be #3 top Jutsu.

Well, it was powered by 8 1/2 Bijuu. :| Of course it'd be powerful. The Rasenshuriken was obviously that much weaker hence why it only cancelled it. It's like you would expect a D rank Fuuton Ninjutsu to trump a B, or A rank Raiton Ninjutsu. It wouldn't overpowered something that much stronger regardless of the natural order of things, best case is weaken or cancel.

He wasn't "holding back", stop spouting crap. He has been doing the most fighting in the war, he is exhausted. Fighting Kage level opponents, sending clones to beat Zetsu's, Vsing Obito and the Bijuu, Giving people chakra, etc, etc. It's not just his, but one guy can only do so much even with half, and then half and a little bit of internal beings.

Sasuke is in the same boat with like no Chakra. He had the Bijuu though. But, Frindship Bijuu > Controlled Bijuu. Nah, but Kurama absorbed a buttload of Nature Chakra and that multiplies attack points making the wind attack that much more effective to neutralize the lightning. Also factoring in the elemental advantage.

Quality over quantity, Sir. Naruto had waay more chakra/sage chakra compressed into those two attacks. One was chakra from Naruto and other from Kurama who gathered a shit load of Sage Energy.

Sasuke's arrow was beefed up the NINE BIJUU. And he immediately got drained from launching that attack. Whereas Naruto had like-what? remnants of bijuu chakra and Sage Mode?

Yet he still off-set that destructive arrow with 1 Wind TBB RS (Smart move by Naruto. He probably would of died if he just used one TBB RS or 2 TBB RS) and a TBB RS

Yes but the opponent would probably end up using a weaker technique to beat them. For example if sasuke was fighting dms obito, solo arrow wouldn't do shit but he can win by simply using solo glance.
