Quickly, I jump into the air, using both legs to do so.
In the air, I shift my body accordingly, swinging it to align my left shoulder towards the training dummy. Then, as I am within range of the training dummy, I swing my hips back, as my right shoulder swings from right to left, my body swinging back to its original position as I thrust my right shoulder into the training dummy's chest, striking it.

Next, I stand shoulder width apart. In a quick motion, I take a carefully weighed step, planting my left foot right in front of the dummy, as I place my body weight on my left foot. Then, right after, I bring my right foot in front, bending my knees as I did so, thrusting my right knee into the abdominal area, thrusting upwards as I send the training dummy flying. As I do so, I place my arms on the shoulders of the training dummy to keep my balance and provide more force.

As I finish my flip, I straighten up, and immediately deal a right hook to the dummy's jaw, before placing both of my hands on the dummy's shoulders, before striking the dummy four times with alternating knee thrusts. After dealing my knee thrusts, I let the dummy go with a push, causing it to buckle backwards as I take several steps to gain momentum, before jumping on my left and performing a spinning kick with my right leg to the jaw of the dummy, launching the dummy backwards as I land on the ground, dealing a powerful punch with my right fist into the solar plexus of the opponent.

Swiftly, I bend down, as I balance on my two arms, and sweep my right leg across the ground, aimed at the ankles of the dummy as I throw it off balance, before, I, revolving around my left foot, straighten up slightly as I continue my spinning motion, this time, my right foot delivering a kick to the abdominal region of the dummy, as I pivot on my left, and with my rotation, and my 'standing', my right leg then delivers a kick to the head of the dummy, performing three kicks in a fluid motion, knocking the dummy backwards.

Then, I create another shadow clone, which I create in front of me, as I grab hold of the shadow, clone lifting him into the air, as I throw him towards the training dummy at a distance, the shadow clone hurling towards the dummy. Subsequently, as the clone nears the dummy, I have it raise its right hand out, dealing an upper punch to the dummy, making use of the force and momentum gathered from my throw.

As the dummy flies into the air, I, in mid-air, continue spinning and delivering spinning kicks with my right leg, making use of my rotational movement to generate more momentum.
Thereafter, I stop spinning, and the dummy crashes to the ground.

To begin, I bend down, angling my right foot up high, as I kick the dummy's jaw, kicking it high into the air. Then, fluidly, I string another kick at the dummy's body, propelling it even higher, as I spring into the air, jumping higher than the dummy in the air, landing on the dummy's shoulder, as I push hard on his shoulder, causing him to spiral and flip to the ground, his head crashing into the ground.

Stepping forward, I draw my right fist back, swinging my body to the right, before I swing my body back, and thrust my right fist forward, punching the training dummy's chest, as I proceed to deliver a punch with my left to his chest, knocking him backwards as I, wielding the trench knives, deal a cross slash to the abdominal area of the dummy, before delivering a left hook to the dummy's jaw, ending by bending on my knees, and striking upwards with my right fist, delivering an uppercut as the dummy is launched into the air.

To start off, I kick the training dummy into the air, before jumping into the air to mimic the dummy's movements like a shadow.

(Insert Shadow of the Dancing Leaf & Lions Barrage)

Behind the dummy, I quickly perform a series of kicks and punches, by flipping from left to right, using rotational force to enhance the blow of my attacks. Before crashing onto the ground, I infuse my leg with wind chakra, enveloping it, such that, on my last kick delivered to the chest of the dummy, the impact is enhanced further, slicing his body in half.
