In the air, I shift my body accordingly, swinging it to align my left shoulder towards the training dummy. Then, as I am within range of the training dummy, I swing my hips back, as my right shoulder swings from right to left, my body swinging back to its original position as I thrust my right shoulder into the training dummy's chest, striking it.
Next, I stand shoulder width apart. In a quick motion, I take a carefully weighed step, planting my left foot right in front of the dummy, as I place my body weight on my left foot. Then, right after, I bring my right foot in front, bending my knees as I did so, thrusting my right knee into the abdominal area, thrusting upwards as I send the training dummy flying. As I do so, I place my arms on the shoulders of the training dummy to keep my balance and provide more force.
