I think they do as long as they abide the rules. I don't know about Summoning contracts though z.z

Summoning a are allowable if they abide by the rules. @Riker the technique would end come the specific turn unless there's a B Rank or below version. Non elemental techs aren't effected, it's elemental chakra. CFS are allowable as long as they abide by the rules.
