Its legit because we know Darui was right next to Ay at the start and matched his speed perfectly and executing a blitz where they ended up at the same place at the same time.

He sort of does have the fire power like his laser circus but im already aware yamato's suiton and doton are large, but his mukoton like jukai kouton.. Not so much.

Yamatos Earth Style is countered by Daruis Lightning Style.

Yamato's Water Style will be too risky to use because of Darui's Lightning.

Yamatos Wood Style is neutralized by Lightning.

Hes countered in almost everything he can do.

Whilst I think Darui wins, you should note that Suigetsu was in "awe" of the Raikage's strength, not Darui's.

52 Mist Ninja vs Spiral Obito if it wasn't for Kamui he would of got hitten 3x as were a SA with how many mist ninja included? but still none were able to get passed or hit Spiral Yamato until a whole shinobi alliance including 2 hokages ,raikage,oonoki,mei ( im not trying to downplay obito I know how fanboys get just trying to prove a point.)
