I mean both their shunshin is extremely fast never the less.

Juugo was able to react to v1 Ay.

Considering the scan I posted of yamato following sasuke's shunshin was ages ago and taking into considering of his development, I see no reason why yamato cannot react to darui's shunshin.

Considering Darui is Ay's body guard......I mean......to even be a body guard to a man like that you would need to be able to actually guard him from attacks and able to keep up with the speed at which he moves, which Darui has showed the capacity to do so, even while toting that large sword around. Considering Tobirama and Nidaime Raikage were solo'd by Gin-Kin bros and Darui blitzed them several times, Tobirama has FTG so they shouldn't have been fast enough to even touch him, yet they did and that in itself is a testament of Darui's movement/reaction speed. I see no reason to believe Yamato can match his speed, let alone react to it.

Yamato's Mokuton can't handle Raiton. Darui not only possesses a superior version of Raiton but also an extremely difficult jutsu to avoid. Yamato ain't outrunning Laser Circus.
I can see Yamato lasting for a while due to his versatility, but in the end he can't match Darui directly in a 1v1.

Sasuke broke out of Yamato's Wood Dome with Raiton, i don't see why Darui can't do the same

we never even saw the fight between kin/gin bros and tobirama so I see no reason of bringing that up, we have no idea how it went down.

True, but let me give you some examples of Darui's reaction speed and how quick he is in fights.

- When Sasuke blitzed Kumo at the summit, Darui intercepted him with a Water Wall. Not only did he put the Water Wall up so fast it blocked Sasuke, but even while looking directly at Darui, Sasuke's Sharingan should have seen him preforming a second jutsu (Lightning Wave) with precognition but Darui was weaving those hand seals so fast he had no time to react in real time to dodge it.

- He intercepted Suigetsu mid-blitz when he tried to attack Cee which is a good feat because Suigetsu is not a slow guy by a long shot. He also bested Suigetsu in a sword fight and according to Kisame, he is a prodigy swordsman like none other. The moment Suigetsu lost focus... like not even 1 second....... BLITZED!! and done!:

- He threw his own sword at Ginkaku and he weaved the hand seals for Laser Circus so fast we didn't even see him do it, all it showed were the Lasers coming down upon him. Note that this is in incredible reaction feat because at that time we was holding his own sword, Seven Star Sword, and Crimson Gourd!! He did it so fast as soon as Ginkaku deflected his blade, BOOM!! Laser Circus. He would have needed to put down all those weapons he had in his hands shoot the jutsu, and then pick them all back up out of the water but it was so fast we saw none of this occur.

So yeah Darui leaves no room for error. If you make a mistake, like Suigetsu getting distracted for not even a second or Ginkaku got distracted by deflecting his sword, he capitalizes on that moment and seizes control of the fight before you even realize it and your beaten with his fast movement and reaction speed. That is why I believe Yamato can't compete with him.

Not to mention Lightning Neutralizes Wood too lel.
