we don't know all of darui's moves plus his black lightning looks like it's as powerful as amaterasu but as quick as kirin
you never know but if he has alot of chakra, unlike kakashi's chakra consuming sharingan, then he should be able to defeat sasuke
he could use the tools of the so6p so I guess he has alot of chakra
darui could possibly win with nature techs
black lightning > regular lightning (most likely) water> fire
