Y does he have to clarify that if she doesn't?? I mean if she does the kind she had on Madara then she can kill almost anyone who doesn't have Izanagi so yes this is def Konan without prep or else I think he wud of specified.

Konan wins this either easily or barely it doesnt matter she wins either way.
Whoever said water would make her soggy needs to think again not even fire jutsus work on her(seen when fighting Jiraiya), oil is the only thing able to stop her because it is heavier than water and keeps her paper from unfolding.
Water would not work on her because Pain used a heavy water jutsu to wash the oil off of her in the fight against Jiraiya.

Konan has got this in the bag. Most powerful kunnoichi IMO...

I would say Dauri because Konan is weak against water release/Liquid. She wont be able to do her paper style that well any more just like when Jiraiya put oil on her. Then when she is covered in water Dauri can use Ligthning or storm release

ugh, are you stupid, he isn't invulnerable, he almost died, he used Izanagi and still lost his arm, his eye, and his face was roughed up. So how do you explain why he used his strongest technique if he couldn't die in the first place, why waste it?
