Deidara wins, Here is why

Darui makes, laser circus hand seal, diedara notices and quickly goes underground, darui alerted himself, diedara plants mines,then the mines explode,
darui avoids it by jumping, explosive create enough smoke to cover daruis vision, deidara makes a C4 clone and makes it run towards darui, darui cut it with it sword, he is shocked the clone pops and it released a white smoke, darui coughs after inhaling the white smoke. diedara then say this word.

Darui takes this high diff, black panther only takes 1 hand seal and can neutralize any of deidara's bombs that get near him plus laser circus is pretty hard to dodge especially since deidara likes fighting in the air. also wave of inspiration combined with water encampment wall would serve as a great defence

since deidara doesn't start of with c4 i say laser circus takes him out since we've seen darui using it early on in a fight.
