I'm going with Darui - even though he is younger than Asuma, who probably has the age/experience advantage, Darui's Storm Element and high-level skill in the manipulation of Black Lightning is a lot for Asuma to handle. But Asuma still has a FREAKING HIGH STAT TOTAL - 32.5!

darui has much more of an elemental advantage plus better taijutsu. he cut up two kage level ninjas at once.

I'd just go with Asuma because his wind is superior to Darui's lightning.
