Konan is weak against water based attack Darui has water and lightning nature chakra, and together that form Storm release a geke kinkai or whatever. ( Black lightning ) Every village is informed about the akatsuki especially the higher ups ( Darui ) I'm sure he knows about deidara being a earth style user you are correct he can take them both

Darui can also manipulate lightning to cellur level deidara is not a good match for Darui. Plus you wouldn't need to escape if you can disarm them

exactly how will darui know about it hes smart but not that smart

he only figured out kinkaku and ginkaku because of samui and stsui if it werent for them darui would have died and darui wont figure out c4 that fast
