well so far u've learned to control sources of water
now for the next technique i want u to control the moisture in the air infusing it with chakra, to mature the clouds above ground
keep doing it until it finally rains
this will be a little tricky but i can assure once mastered it'll be a jutsu worth using ^^

Now for the next step
the effectiveness of the jutsu depends on ur chakra control
*give a certain amount of chakra to the moisture in the air a follow the same process to make it rain, now the hard part is that u need to infuse ur chakra in to each and every drop of water, u need excellent chakra control, remember that u need to concentrate mainly on 2 things, one is to give the chakra to moisture and rain drop with superb efficiency other is to make sure u get a sensing signal from each and every drop
