In part one I was exploring the possibility of the daikokuten being a truth seeker orb dimension. But the black cube phenomenon makes me think that it is like a truth seeker orb but is actually a black cube dimension.
In the photo above we see the cubes for the first time and Kara is using them to communicate via genjutsu. This shows that they can be used to transmit chakra also. This aligns with them being like chakra rods which can transmit and disrupt chakra.
There is a black cube at the center of the Shinju clones hideout. This implies a few things. One of them is that they are of nature chakra.
It also appears that being inside the daikokuten puts you under a genjutsu. Kara using it for genjutsu communication is a clue. There is also the fact that Naruto and Hinata appear to be unconscious.
It reminds me of how Itachi could control the flow of time within tsukyuomi. The daikokuten is like an extreme version of that which put the couple into a dreamlike state in which their bodies are conscious but their minds are awake.
