kind of perplexing in all actuality because Danzo has Hashirama's dna, it depends on Tsukiyomi, but Danzo might get a win in,it's tough call, I wanna say Itachi, but that Shisui genjutsu is serious

There has never been a simple battle. And this is all figurative? So, im not interested in writing an entire battle scene.

Judging from what we have seen in the anime and manga, Itachi is a better ninja. That is all. Thats all these vs threads can do. They are comparing the ninja.

Seriously, some people raise stupid or useless points between the battle between sasuke and danzo.
1)some say that sasuke won because danzo was saving up his power for madara. Yes, danzo intended to save it for madara in the beginning but sasuke was such a challenge that danzo fought sasuke with all his might. DANZO DID NOT HOLD BACK.
2) MADARA DID NOT HELP SASUKE . Sasuke got paralized by Danzo's curse mark and as Danzo was about to deliver the final blow, madara was afraid for sasuke's life and was about to help sasuke when Sasuke broke free of the curse mark and enveloped his whole body with susanoo. MADARA DID NOT HELP SASUKE AT ALL .
3) Itachi is still much stronger than sasuke at that time, or maybe even now as he has the sword of tosuka and the shield that absorbs all attacks so danzo probrably would not be able to trap him.

Sorry, I hate to admit but, danzou has izanagi, so, he would be fatal to itachi.he can die at least 10 times, so, eventually he will get itachi.

danzo couldnt use shisuis eye so be quiet and whoever uses shisuis genjutsu first wins because if itachi doesnt use it first danzo will and if itachi does use it first danzo will use izanagi and then use it on itachi....danzo will win and if u think other wise u know nothing
