Hmmm you say it's the same Naruto who fought Pein so I guess he has the toads...Ma and Pa would be of great help. Without them it'd be trouble some to win. Though Naruto can sense chakra in sm, I doubt he'd figure izanagi out. Other than that, all his attacks would be useless till izanagi lasts, which is 10 minutes...With 2 clones prepared, however, he can outlast Danzo.

So Naruto may win scenario 1 but I think he loses in scenario 2.

sage mode should be able to tank most of danzo's arsenal. hopefully naruto doesn't waste all his sage chakra to leave him vulnerable

lol SM naruto wins easier than MS sasuke did... SM naruto is better match up for danzo then sasuke was... Just like how sasuke is better match for pain than naruto was... Danzo can't even touch naruto and naruto kills him with simple rasengan... people need to remember that his SM ran out quicker because of using FRS... if he plays even a lil smart, he wins it easy...

Sensing mitigates him getting caught off guard by the few initial respawns like Sasuke did. Afterwards he shouldn't have any problems since Sasuke adjusted well enough

Naruto's summons trash the dream eater easily

Wind style attacks are dodge or a non rasenshruiken wind style Rasengan beats it out and conserves chakra

Hand to hand Is suicide for obvious reasons

Yes, but as long as izanagi lasts, Naruto's attacks are futile as well. But as I said, Naruto with 2 clones prepared might outlast Danzo. If Naruto can do that, Naruto wins.
