Itachi easily. There's no way Danzo can win. His fuuton's are tanked as he dissipated Chidori which penetrates through the most tenacious rocks. Izanagi doesnt work on Itachi level Intelligence, he'll see through it. He cannot see through eyecontact-less genjutsu which he is known to cast. Tsukiyomi isnt needed.

You're underestimating Itachi. He tanked a dragonfire-jutsu with just small burns, and said jutsu being his second strongest in his Hebi arsenal. Not to mention his endurance is huge. Survived two to three sword chidori shots in the illusion. Illusional feats represent what theyre capable of doing in real life(if its a physical feat like running, dodging/durability and endurance). It'll be a hard fight for Danzo if he wins.

No i'm calling it how it is. Danzo rapes,and not only would itachi loss in truth he wouldn't have even lasted as long as sasuke. Itachi no of of sensing danzo when he reappears leaving open for some many surprise attacks that its not even funny,plus you danzo has beefed up stamina due to hashiramas cells,so itachi is definitely is losing a stamina battle. By the time itachi is done getting a few good attacks in he would have been tired himself out while danzo would still have not only stamina to spare but sharingan on back for izanagi. The thing that fucks itachi so badly in a battle like this is that izanagi can be used to counter pretty much anything,that combined with the same battle smarts danzo used against sasuke,itachi ain't lasting long lololol. This battle may sound big but its really not all things considered..Itachi's just lucky to have a little bit of spot light because danzo is involved in the battle.
