Without Kotoamatsukami Danzou still wins high difficulty.As Kakashi doesn't know about Izanagi,and therefore will be very likely to get hit by a surprise attack,or a forced mutual stab by Danzo

ya i got to agree danzo wins dis one.. with all the sharingan in his arms its not possible for kakashi to beat him ... sasuke won cuz he had amatarasu /sasunoo/little help from the girl kirin ..but 1 vs 1 with kakashi..im afraid he doesnt have much chance.. its bad match up

so long as koto isn't a factor, kakashi wins. If he can survive several episodes against kakuza and hidan, its not that hard to last 10 minutes against an old man who wastes most of his izanagi time lecturing his opponents. Clones and sharingan arent making things easier for danzo.

I can tell you that Danzo is very skilled even without KA.He has 10 sharingans on his arm and can use izanagi 10 times.
His summoning technique and his very high level wind release will make a lot of problem for Kakashi.

Izanagi is time based, not life based like kakuzu. Each sharingan lasts about 1 minute while the move is active, according to karin. Pretty sure sasuke didnt kill him 11 times. Also kakashi has far more in his arsenal than just lightning techs, and actually learned how to use his sharingan for combat rather than corrupt politics. Most if not all of the 10 minutes could be stalled out with a shadow or lightning clone.

Kakashi can kill him, but very well to assess its strength, not to remain closed until the chakra without any sharing, it is possible. If you do not consider strength, Danzo will beat the other Danzo is not very careful while Kakashi turns attention to even the smallest details and has an arsenal of deadly tricks.
