Could go either way.
If Itachi cast Tsukyomi first and makes it seem real, then he wins.
If Danzo casts Kotoamatsukami first then he would make Itachi kill himself.
It all depends on who cast their genjutsu first, also it depends if KA can get Danzo out of Tsukyomi, if it can't than Izanagi can.
I'm siding with Danzo since Kotoamatsukami, ten Izanagi uses, and mokuton will be too much for any shinobi.

Itachi easily. without KA, Danzou isnt much better than an elite jounin with a lifeline of 10 minutes.
how is he going to hurt Itachi?
Baki-itachi can just use a c-rank fireball tech

Curse-seal mark- Itachi has far superior speed and taijutsu than danzou.

I see what your trying to do lol, no Itachi does not have shisuis eye in his possession naruto does.
using ka isnt that easy when Itachi clearly knows that danzo has shishui's eye....
Ka can be beaten by making two shadow clones.. if the person uses it , they run the risk of a 33 1/3 % chance success of hitting the right one.... odds like that could work out for him
by that logic, danzo doesnt have shishui's eye, tobi does
Itachi, with reasonable effort. Reasons why listed below:
1) One of the most intelligent characters in the Narutoverse. An example of his intelligence would be him giving Naruto the bird with Shusui's eye incase Sasuke attacked the village or when he found a way to counter Pain's meteor move thing. That jutsu was one used by the Sage of Six Paths himself, albeit on a much larger scale( the moon); the fact he found a weakness in that jutsu is a testament to his intellect. Itachi's intelligence clearly trumps almost any character's we've seen, let alone Danzo.
2) Jutsu at his disposal. His most powerful eye tech (tsu...) will just confuse the crap out of Danzo. Susanoo and Amatersau will just burn the poor man. Dont forget Itachi's Susanoo has the sword and the Yata Mirror, giving him an ultimate defence and a bloody brilliant attack. His Susanoo trumps almost, ALMOST, any jutsu that we've seen so far.
One area I can say Danzo is better is stamina. If Itachi was ill during this fight, Danzo defo has the more stamina and MAY outlast Itachi, but a fully healthy Itachi wipes the floor, yes, wipes the floor with most of the characters, let alone old man Danzo.

Itachi know about Ka ,that's good but using two shadow clones will also split Itachi's chakra in 3 ,it can works but riskly as well.
Itachi might use Crow Clone Technique,it requires less chakra.
But the question is will Danzo take the risk to use Ka if he isn't sure that Itachi is a clone or not?If Itachi uses Amaterasu or Susanoo, it would be with the real Itachi.
I think that both can win,but if Danzo fail with Ka ,Itachi win.
