I would lean towards Danzo as not only could he survive a shinra tensei or bansho tenin+spike, but he could exploit the recharge time when he comes back... and he could survive CT. But then I don't know long that would last. If Danzo aimed for Deva Path after rewriting his death by CT he could probably kill him with vacuum bullets or mokuton. KA should probably be restricted, though. Danzo, high dif.

Danzo is not suppose to know the weakness of 5seconds at the begin of the fight. Just to know that, he will loses a lot of Izanagi and i'm not even sure he is smart enough to notice that. Even if he uses KA, it won't work cuz Deva is only a dead body. The one who control him is Nagato, so wheter Deva receives KA or not it will do nothing because Nagato himself is not affected at all. I see Deva winning high difficulty at best.

im not a fanboy....but im gunna say pain...why do i say this? did you all forget almighty push/divine attraction? danzo is a shinobi elite and he is kage level but in my honest opinion pain will defeat him with medium difficulty

I'm sure Danzo would figure out the 5 sec interval like 8 mins into the fight. He wasn't Hokage for nothing. I'm not too sure about this one, at the climax of this fight all of Danzo's uses for Izanagi will be gone. It's a draw for me.

I would have gone with Deva, one Bansho Ten'n and chakra rod in Daanzo will make him lose control of his chakra. If you guys remeber, when Sasuke stabbed Danzo and the Shodai cells ripped out Tobi said he was 'too close to death to control his chakra' and when Jiraiya got stabbed by chakra blade he said he couldn't control his chakra so chakra blade will make him lose Shodai cells along with his Izanagi Sharingans. But Danzo wins due to KA but if Deva was fighting in Sasuke's situation he wins with mid difficulty.

it really is kinda easy if you think about it . danzo and all of konoha no the rennigan abilities . danzo has izanagi, so as soon as deva path uses one of his abilities itll take time to recover, and danzo will exploit it .
