BUT MY THEORY IS, Danzos eyes are from diffrent uchiha members right? So iFigure All His Eyes Represent the abilitys that the uchiha members had, like shisui's Was Speed & others may represent strength & etc. Not only that but remember how the right eye of the sharingan is for ninjutsu & the left is for genjutsu. Well iFigure The Same Applys For His Arms So Opening An Closing The Eyes Would Pull Off This Effect BUT Not Only That but maybee opening and closing the eyes gives some of the traits of the other eyes a boost(EX:Closing The Eye Of AN Uchiha Who Had Great Strength = A Boost To Shisui's Speed Trait
