Danzo and Shisui > Kaguya , Top 10 and NV because Kotoamatsukami ??

Kaguya, Madara and Sasuke have the Juubi Sharingan which would most likely allow them to resist KA. Naruto has 9 Bijuus in him which also is the reason perfect jins would be uneffected by it.

Sasuke, Madara and Kaguya are maybe's because we don't know if the Sharinnegan protects them from just IT or all genjutsu. Naruto, however, I disagree with. Yagura, a perfect jin, was unable to counter Obito's genjutsu which was weaker than KA. Besides, the Bijuu either won't know that Naruto is under the genjutsu or they don't know about it so they can't tell him that he's under it.
