(Ranton: Kuro Kumo Doragon) - Storm Release: Black Clouds Dragon

Description: The user will channel their Ranton chakra into every chakra point on their body to form a whirling vortex of black clouds and electricity around themselves. The black clouds are similar in composition to those created by Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave, and are electrically charged with storm chakra, giving them the appearance of black clouds with streaks of sky-blue energy coursing through it. As the black clouds swirl around the user's body, they quickly form into the shape of a dragon (similar in size to the Earth Dragon technique) before flying off and assaulting the enemy. Due to the way the technique encompasses raging black clouds as well as lightning, its ideal in countering techniques such as Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees, since the lightning will destroy the trees in its path whilst the spiraling vortex of black clouds will disperse the pollen in the vicinity produced by the technique, preventing it from coming into contact with the user's body.
Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

I am taking this^
I start by gathering my raw chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered raw chakra into storm release chakra and channel into the air all around my body, upon the release of the storm chakra, a whirling vortex of black clouds and electricity starts to form all around me, with streaks of sky blue energy coursing through it, I then add shape manipulation to the clouds and shape it into that of a large dragon.
Advantages - This technique is large and could counter a variety of large techniques, as well as the whirling vortex of clouds would also prevent opponents from entering short range of the user.
Disadvantages - Cannot use any storm techniques in the same turn as this technique nor use any storm techniques in the following turn.
Technique usage - I would first use a technique like gushing water imprisonment to encase my target in water and then strike with this technique to electrocute him.
Or use it in connection with a genjutsu.

From their hands, they will quickly release a massive spiky spherical projectile of storm which will travel a certain distance into the sky above before splitting into countless bolts of Storm which branch out in every direction, the bolts guiding themselves towards any opponents within a ten meter radius of the user's position.

I gather my ranton chakra in my lungs slowly letting it fill through me as I concentrate and gradually expel it through my mouth using my chakra manipulation to make it take the form of a mist. The mist being composed of both water particles mixed with lightning leaves your clone wet and paralyzing them at the same time.
I perform a single hand seal before flowing my ranton chakra through my hands and slowly use shape manipulation to mold the chakra and make it take the form of a large ring composed of storm. I create two throwing the first at your clones neck and the second at his legs.
Question: How exactly do the rings damage the opponent ? Blunt damage, stun ?

I was waiting for that Lol, when you take your first look at the storm rings description you would think that it is a worthless technique, but the rings itself looks exactly like the beams of laser circus and isn't really that big, though they deliver more or less the same damage as the laser circus technique, so here is the trick to this jutsu, picture me release the majestic fire annihilation technique towards you, the technique is a large wall and covers a wide area, as that is released I create the storm rings and throw them upward in an arc, having them attack you from above.
Note that the storm rings itself are rings of light so when they are tossed into the air, they aren't that much noticeable due to the sunlight and what not etc, so you would only be focusing on the wall of flames headed towards, so when you counter the flames the storm rings hit you from above, electrocuting you.
You know where to find the techniques, so go and get them and they will be learned.
Could you post your crazed flock technique for me please, I can't find it in your customs thread.
I need to remember to add it.

I start by performing the Rat → Rabbit → Dog hand seals and begin pouring a vast amount of Fuuton chakra into my right arm, I then swing my arm in front of me in a wide motion and as my arm moves I release the chakra in the form of a large amount of small birds which head toward the target creating a great amount of very small whirlwinds with each bird to slash apart the target.
I'd use it by first launching my opponent into the air with a water technique that works as such, and use this jutsu to bring him back crashing into the water.

I perform the single hand seal and spread my raiton chakra around myself to create a transparent dome of electricity around myself. I then gather my suiton chakra in my mouth and shoot out many balls of water, which become infused with electricity when they bypass the dome.
