An example is my tobirama senju bio is a master of water so he only needs one handseal for water jutsu.

Also thanks to the god of wind sword, i don't need to do any handseals for wind jutsu xd

Ok for this jutsu, im not really sure what the handseals are, or if there are any, because its a made up basic technique which hasn't been seen in naruto.

But i want you to focus your chakra into the ground infront of you and create large spikes to shoot up from the ground make of earth.

it would knock them of balance so it would be good to attack them while they are regaining balance, an i suppose u couldnt use it if u where underground :L

This is poitless if they are in the air or on water... because the jutsu just fails xd

You could use this as they go underground to be honest... if you know where they are xd

Ok the next technique is a mud jutsu. You spit a ball of mud out of your mouth. To create the mud you focus your chakra into your gullet then as you spit it out becomes mud.
