Kakashi is pretty good and he's an asset in Konoha.
Kakashi vs. Oro is a good match up since they almost fight before and with Kakashi's skills plus his MS, he has s good chance.

The only ranks in naruto that means anything are Hokage, Sannin (Isn't really a rank but in all of the villages they are known for it, and they are hokage level), and missin Nin. Sasuke and Naruto are main characters so of course they are going to get a power boost same for Ichigo.
Bleach for one is overrated. They could have did it a different way to make ichigo that strong to beat caps that had decades of exp. But hey it's not my anime or manga. Now rank in Bleach means shit nothing because the artist wants to make ichigo seem Goku strong.

Kakashi got 5 for Ninjutsu, how much do you think nagato is gonna get? the answer is 5 and yet compared to Kakashi Nagatos ninjutsu is about 5 times better
Kakashis hand seals are 5, so are Itachis but you cant compare them
...
I don't even know why they created a databook. If we referred to stats then the same people will win every single time and that is unrealistic. And since you brought it up that would mean Naruto would lose against at least half of the characters in Naruto. He has a 26 overall.
So either databook is FAN MADE or it's just something that blows smoke up people @ss.

lol you don't see the logic. You basically saying Kakashi can beat Naruto by using databook. And in manga Naruto exceeded kakashi, jiriaya, and Yondamine. And datebook isn't facts its stats that come out of thin air.
So I'm using your resources (Datebook) against the manga.
