Quite possibly one of the best ideas ever thought in NV, kill Madara. No Tobi, no evil Akatsuki due to Tobi, no Infinite Tsukuyomi, and no Kaguya.
And Hashirama says "no".
Wait, who says everything bad is Tobirama's fault? It's more Black Zetsu's fault and hatred that builds in the ninja's systems. Tobirama made the Uchiha's constantly kept fighting when Hashirama tried to make peace with them? No, Madara and Izuna were highly against it, when Madara looked like he was going to give in, Izuna told him not too. Tobirama made Madara not become Hokage? No, Tobirama only told Hashirama that he can't make Madara Hokage without asking what the people and the council want, it's the people and council who voted Hashirama as Hokage.
Tobirama sent Madara into a deep hatred against the village and Hashirama? No, Madara was made that the villagers voted for Hashirama over him and after reading the Tablet (which Black Zetsu changed), Madara decided to make his plan that created most of the issues now. Did Tobirama split the Uchihas from the village for the safety of the other villagers? Yes, he told Sasuke that most of the Uchihas would lose what or who they love, which turned into a stronger hatred, and would run wild; this made Tobirama fear another Madara would rise so he sectioned them off to limit the potential danger. He didn't kill them but gave them a role which can help the village, we see Uchihas become team members so they had freedom like other villagers, all they had to do is show that they could control themselves. Tobirama sacrificed his life for his team which had an Uchiha in it, if he hated them then why didn't he volunteer Shisui's dad and make a BS excuse like the Sharingan would allow him to buy enough time.
Danzo actually did much more damage. He was Orochimaru's benefactor, made the village view Obito's attack on the village as the Uchiha's fault and had Hiruzen not have them help during the attack. Danzo took Shisui's eye when he wanted to use KA on ITachi's dad to try and stop the Coup, then Danzo ordered the kill order on the Uchihas to Itachi. Danzo made Kabuto and his mother like figure fight each other to the death which influenced Kabuto to join Orochimaru. Danzo and his root dressed as rock ninjas and attacked Rain villages and prevented Nagato/Yahiko/Konan from going to the rock country to talk to Oonoki (was in a filler but adds to canon material) and Danzo made Hanzo believe Nagato/Yahiko/Konan group were a threat which resulted in Yahiko's death and the creation of another bad guy. Danzo didn't allow the Root members to do anything to help when Pein attacked the Leaf.
Danzo created/helped give the world Orochimaru, Kabuto (who aided in the war, Nagato, Uchiha massacre (which created evil Sasuke who killed him).
