This is for more of the athletic members of the base or for those who are trying to get into shape. If you do workout on a daily basis just list your routine, like:
The exercises you do and for how long
Amount of Push ups/Sit ups you do
Do you lift weights and if so how many reps/sets do you do
If you jog please list for how long
....you get the idea.
