Well, what other choice the father would have other than smacking some sense into her? Seeing his daughter like that and she isn't even 18 years old. Raising isn't easy.
-A metal is more preferable tool of choice than a belt.
-I would take every electronic device she has.
-I would ground her at home apart from education-related days, until she actually acknowledges her mistake and asks for an apology as well as changing her behaviour and way of dressing.
Oh god people trying to be so politically correct. Bottom line he is wrong for whoopin her in public but overall im on his side. That ass need to get whooped. Do you know his background? Does he look like the type to be like "sit in the naughty corner" 13 aint old enough to be dressing like that. Just from that alone she looked much older. Then we want to talk about how people raise kids....Bish you try to raise a kid. From experience you not going to be able to know every single shit that happened in your child life. You got bills to pay. Food to buy. If a kid wants to do something bad enough trust me they will find a way to do it no matter how hard you make it on em. I have 5 siblings and ive seen this rebellious pattern 13 year old don't need to be sat down and talked to like she is 5 LOL. (Dress aint that bad my ass. That is a thot dress if I ever seen one.) She know exactly what kind of dress that is and she know what she doing. Like kids are smarter than you think bruh. We know a lot of shit by 4th grade. xD. 13 yo already have *** so I mean with media and everything they pretty much know whats going on. Idk how old you are tho..if yo dad...find you dressing like that....shit is going down regardless of your age.
Don't see how it's too far. I studied and worked hard for so many years, and paid for her daily nutritions, education, medical health-care, housing and everything she asked for, and all I get back is her dressing like a whore and not leaving the house for 3 days without me knowing.
Poor girl having a dad that cares about her and wanted to give her some sense. Yeah in public might be wrong but he isn't wrong with doing it. If more parents would do that we wouldn't have 80% of the females being easy sluts, dressing like the *****es in on tv that sell their bodies or pregnant teenagers everyhwere.

That is discipline, If I had acted like an ass, I would have been beaten like that but worse with a cain since I am a boy. My dad is like that but I thank him for that.
