Ukon first begins to focus his chakra into you, placing you in a genjutsu in which you believe that snakes have risen from below you to constrict your movements. With your movements constricted by the snakes, Ukon waves his hand into the sky signalling the snakes to crush you causing internal damage to your brain.
well actually I was in a fight against this jutsu and I used Chidori Nagashi (in an attempt to burn the snakes to a crisp Lol) to break out of it.
Perfect! Nagashi is one way, however, biting your tongue is also another. Also, this introduces a very important concept, known as reasoning, which plays a huge role in Genjutsu.
Because Genjutsu is meant to screw with and manipulate the brain, there are always flaws with it because it does not pertain to reality (unless we are talking Izanagi). For example, I would have easily reasoned the instant the snakes constricted me that:
My opponent never summoned any snakes before the battle began.
Only Orochimaru and Kabuto actually have possession of snake summonings, and I don't think your opponent is very likely to be one of these.
A recent spar actually had me defend against this move:
"Greetings, sir," my opponent spoke. His voice struck me as someone reserved, yet awfully deadly, and it didn't fail to leave me with chills running down my spine. "And we are...?"
"And we are...?" I repeated his words in a toneless voice, not quite registering what he had said or what he had implied within them. All I felt was something creeping around me, and with a shock of realization, I saw a snake began winding its body around me in an aggressive manner.
Several things flashed through my mind at once, the first being that I knew no one but Orochimaru and Kabuto, who had possession of snakes. Secondly, this opponent had never seemed to summon anything before the battle even began...
It was no doubt an illusion, one that was beginning to take hold fast.
I quickly bit my tongue, hard enough so that the taste of bitter blood flowed into my mouth. As I grimaced in collective pain, I realized that I had been freed from the illusion, but the danger was not over any time soon.

Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
This next move is a short to mid range jutsu. Keep that in mind as you are not going to be simply manipulating your opponent this time.
After you take over my clone's brain, begin tossing explosive tags at him, in a manner so that he is led that all of them are fluttering butterflies. In the process, while he is mesmerized, have him believe that he is sinking into the ground (thus, trapped within it), allowing you to toss a final explosive tag on his head.
Remember to time this jutsu, and when you believe you've thrown enough explosive tags, detonate them all with the Snake Handseal.
I first take over your clone's senses, placing him in a genjutsu. I then begin to rapidly throw explosive tags at him, while he sees them as butterflies. As he is watches the "butterflies" he begins to sink into the ground becoming trapped within. I then throw the final explosive tag directly at his head and wait until it reaches his skull. I then form the snake handseal detonating all the tags blowing him up .-..

Description: The user makes one handseal, placing the opponent in a genjutsu. The user then tosses a large number of explosive tags at the opponent. To the opponent, it looks as if they are countless butterflies. The opponent then believes they are sinking into the ground, in reality making them immobilized; this allows the user to place one final exploding tag on their forehead before detonating all the tags simultaneously.
This next jutsu was something that Kabuto used in the first series of Naruto.
Spread your chakra throughout the air and affect both my clone and I by causing feathers to fall from the sky.
Due to its slow and mesmerizing motion as it floats down, we should both fall asleep.
alright.. time to wrap this training up.. eh? Dachi-san....
After listening to Dachi-sensei's instructions, saito begins to manipulate his chakra, sending it into the air and into the minds of you and your clone everyone in the area, excluding himself of course. He then begins to manipulate your sense of sight, causing you to begin to see feathers falling out of the sky in a slow, mesmerizing motion. Once you see them, you and your clone are both put to sleep by the genjutsu having your bodies incapacitated.
is there anyway to get out of this? I mean your sleep...how would you know its a genjutsu.
Well, yes, there are plenty of ways to get out of it. Keep in mind that this jutsu is only short range, so I would not necessarily recommend using it, but you can easily distract your opponent in the first few turns (as it requires one full turn for people to fall asleep, and if they do, it is instant death for them) with some other jutsus as you cast this one. You can also use Kai, as this was the jutsu Kabuto used in the Chunin exams way too early in the manga.
( Nehan Shōja no Jutsu ) - Temple of Nirvana Technique

Description: The user makes one handseal, placing all the targets in the area under an illusion where feathers appear to fall from the sky. This slowly puts the opponents to sleep after one turn.
This next jutsu is somewhat simple, but very deadly.
Begin in the same manner, by sending your chakra to overtake my clone's five senses (no, it does not affect you, haha), and then snuff out his vision, making him believe that he had been transported into a world of complete darkness. (Only works on the eyes, nowhere else.)
After sending my chakra into your clone, through means classified by the world government; I take of his five senses. I then uses some other means, still classified by the world government; to disable your clone's vision, having him believe he has been dumped into a world of eternal darkness U_U, rendering his sight completely useless. Naturally he is still able to hear, taste, and smell everything along with touch but It's dangerous to go randomly feeling things in the dark, never know what you grab onto
Perfect. Meaning, he would be unable to aim at you.
