So madara implanted an eye and stated a sentence all in milliseconds? Wtf?! The guy even stood there for sasuke to cut him, he wasnt moving.

you act like the bold took a long ass time. he snapped out kakashis eye and implanted it in one go(took no time at all), then he stood only to find sasuke behind him. what you and the other two tards fail to realise is this

sasuke didnt immediately give pursuit. he tried using his eye but realized it failed, then he stands there surprised about it, when naruto does tell him to follow madara, the latter had already reached a fair distance, he had a head start. once he implants kakashis eye, then turns around sasuke has already reached him.
so lets see, the time that passed between madara stopping and the time that passed before sasuke started the pursuit cancel out so theres no excuse on that front.
saying a sentence means jack as thats no indicator of anything. i see a fast train coming quickly towards me, i shout in despair, that doesnt necessarily i can move out of the way or do anything. not saying madara couldnt but your example is piss poor. point is that scene is way faster in the manga than the anime, sasuke moved in a blizing stance in the former while cutting madara which isnt the case in the latter.
as for him not defending, its very much possible he tried to do just that but he couldnt properly do so in time hence he took advantage of sasukes back being turned and kamuid away.
OT.am pretty no one said sasuke is the fastest based on that. we take ameno into consideration and am sure you know that but considering your previous threads i cant say am surprised, i mean you even used the anime to depict it

Madara ripped out Kakashi's eye, implanted it in himself, stopped, and got cut in half by Sasuke before Kakashi's body could even turn from the force Madara put on it. Do you understand how fast that is? Look at the scans I posted and focus on Kakashi's movement to see exactly how fast everything happened.

He did not implant at eye in a millisecond. That was my point, i dont care how kong you think it was.
Ok so what, you highlighted 3 out of the 6 points i made. Did madara not still state 5 words before sasuke could reach him? Was madara not standing still?
Im not saying sasuke wasnt fast. But it was in no was some supersonic blitz that some think it was. Madara still has susanoo, he didnt use it. We madara could have reacted if he wanted to, he has enhanced sensory ability as well. To me, it just looked like madara used that opportunity to fool sasuke into letting him escape.
