Howard walked through the halls passing the nurses' station with a clipboard in his left hand using his left index finger to flip a page up and then down making a loud, fast, ruffling noise as the page kept being flipped. He read that page over and over again with a small spherical object in his right hand seemingly confused by the request on the clipboard.
He even stopped by the current surgery chart marking out all the surgeries for the next few days and stared at the dry erase maker on the panels as if he was staring into the pits of hell tilting his head in a slightly confused manner. He finally spoke in a very abrupt and confused tone as his voice grew more inquisitive and then less so as it dawned on him what it really meant he dropped his left hand with the clipboard in it down on the nurses' station making a clanging noise before exhaling through his nose and turning to the patient's room.
He wants me to PUT IT IN WHERE!?
There are only two ways to get to the stomach, and if he doesn't want to eat it-...
This is going to be a very weird procedure.
Howard stuck his head into the room momentarily looking at the patient making direct eye contact for a few brief seconds then pulled his head back out of the room. He looked at the nurses' station and subsequently each one of the nurses with a sense of apprehension as if he couldn't be the only one thinking what he was thinking.
His eyes widened a bit more as he grabbed a nurse by the back of their collar and pulled them towards the room. He placed the clipboard in the keeper at the foot of the bed and spoke aloud while motioning for the nurse to prep the patient for surgery, his very first surgery to be exact. After a few moments of time Howard released chakra through his hands cleaning his hands and the implant before placing it on a sterile tray cleaning the point of incision with aggressive chakra as to minimize the risk of contamination.
He then began to focus chakra into the tips of the fingers on his right hand touching the middle of the chest between the pectoral muscles, then the abdomen between the ribs and then finally the stomach numbing the work space before propping the patient up with a pillow so that he was able to actually see the procedure as it went on.
A lot of the time, they'll put you under for these kinds of procedures.
However, I'd want to watch something get installed into my stomach if I could.
As he said that the numbness would take full effect the the patient wouldn't be able to feel anything as Howard once more cleaned the work space and his hands before concentrating chakra into his right palm placing it upon the patients mid section. The flesh began to part slowly and without any physical incision. Howard picked up the implant with his left hand placing it gently into the slightly emptied cavity where flesh had parted leaving a small crevice not actually breaking into the chest cavity.
Slowly the flesh began to surround the implant as a small piece of it was still visible breaking the skin almost like a body piercing. It seemed to sit partially within the flesh with a semi-spherical portion sitting out the flesh completely encasing part of it. Howard slowly and meticulously connected the various chakra pathways to the implant this took a long time and each pathway had to be manually connected with precision and caution the longer he did this the more he realized this thing was a parasite. It would feed off of the patient but he slowly reasoned that it wasn't his business and continued with his work. After connecting it to the chakra pathway system came the extremely annoying part connecting it directly to the blood vessels that sprawled throughout the body Howard almost sighed at this notion.
He extended the index and middle finger on his left hand and began to make small cuts to the blood vessels immediately beginning the process of binding them together around the implant in essence connecting them to the implant which would allow it to travel throughout the patient's body at will. By connecting it to the blood vessels Howard knew it would be able to spread throughout the patients body whenever and however it wanted to but again this man paid good money to have this placed inside of him so Howard would.
Wit the non-stop, snikt snkit and surgical steel.
Go hard getting busy wit it.
But I got such a good heart.
That I'll make a ninja wonder if he did it.
Damn right and I'll do it again.
Howard began to mumble to himself, it was all he could do to keep focused at this point as he realized fully that he was probably setting this guy up to die eventually due to the parasitic nature of the object he wanted installed into his body. He eventually looked up at the nurse realizing that he had completely blanked on allowing them to perform the prep and had done it himself.
Now with the chakra pathway system and blood vessels connected to the parasite he made sure everything was as it should be up to this point. He had been performing the diagnosis skill throughout the procedure as was standard practice and realized the he was nearing the end of it.
The parasite began to siphon off small amounts of chakra almost as soon as it had been connected to the chakra pathway system. Howard yawned performing the diagnosis skill one final time making sure everything was set properly and that it would be effective. He performed Mystic Palm once, healing anything that needed to be healed or that he may have missed making sure to diagnose the patient before stopping as to leave no wound unhealed. He stood up motioning towards the nurse to leave the room with him quickly explaining the maintenance of the implant and how to rest, and relax in the upcoming days.
You're going to need to clean the implant frequently purely because of it's nature otherwise you risk infection I suggest 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. It needs to remain partially inside the body, but partially outside of the body as you can see maintaining a direct link to your chakra pathway system and blood vessels this can be dangerous. I'm guessing you already know about the intricacies of the parasite but I want to make it known that you signed away all ability to sue us by signing the aforementioned papers.
Howard pointed to the clipboard in the tray at the foot of the bed with his right hand.
You'll need to rest for no less than a week, do not try to use the implant in that time. It's going to feed on your chakra in that time and become accustomed to it using it before that time could cause it to consume more chakra than you'd be prepared for. It's like a body piercing, if you allow dirt, debris, and any bacteria to build upon it, it can and probably will become infected and then ultimately kill you that's not taking into consideration that it may try to kill you when you use it in battle but that's none of my business. I'm not going to convince you though, it's your body.
However again I'll point out you signed away any right to sue a long time ago. One last thing, we also aren't responsible if it somehow gets you pregnant or somehow bares you a child of some-kind. You don't want to know why I have to legally mention that. You just don't.
Howard yawned and walked out of the room with his lab coat flowing behind him seemingly drained from the surgery.
I didn't realize medicine would take this much bureaucracy.

Description: The user charges electrical chakra into his index finger and hits the opponent. Doing so temporarily neutralizes all feeling to the targeted area for a limited amount of time, essentially anesthetizing it (by overloading and numbing the nerves with the electrical discharge), allowing the medical ninja to perform minor surgery or sutures without the patient having to endure the pain or being able to move his body part. This type of local anesthesia is very effective on the limbs and superficial tissues and, depending on which nerve cluster/pressure point/body area its applied to, can even leave a whole limb anesthetized. In battle, this skill can be used with free form taijutsu to great effect, though, due to the rapid contact, will produce a shorter effect.

Description: The user places a palm on the patients body, pouring their chakra into the tissue, gently moving it apart to create an opening to allow him to perform surgery on the patients internal organs without creating an incision. In fact, the technique separates tissue in a non traumatic way, avoiding damage and relinquishing the need to heal the tissue afterwards. The opening closes virtually instantly after the chakra input is stopped. However, even if it doesn't do damage, the usage of the technique causes tremendous pain to the patient so the use of anesthetics before the procedure is highly recommendable.
Note: User must have their hand on the patient for a full turn before this takes affect and must maintain constant physical contact and chakra supply to maintain it. However, the technique can be done in tandem with others such as chakra scapel or mystical palm.
(Iryō Ninjutsu: Seru Soutei) Medical Technique: Cell Binding

Description: The user will focus chakra through one of his hands and forcefully makes separated tissue (cuts, severed body parts, etc) bound together. By manipulating the Inter-cellular proteins on the surface of the cells to re-knit the tissue cytoskeleton. The technique can only bind cells and tissue together if there hasn't been any tissue loss. However, it can be used to even reattach cut limbs or body parts.
Note: For this technique to have effect, an actual separation between cells that were once together must be present. This technique will not work on uninjured tissue.

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed hand seals Tiger → Horse → Rabbit → Rat → Dog, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. The effect can be sustained while the user focuses chakra into it.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu) Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.
