Genjutsu| Sunadokei - [Illusion Technique| Hourglass]You go. >_>
So it doesn't slow down the opponent's movements or actions, but simply changes the way that they perceive things to be moving?Genjutsu| Sunadokei - [Illusion Technique| Hourglass]
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The user does a three handseals and spreads his chakra through the air. Anybody in the area will then be affected by a genjutsu that causes them to see things either sped up or slowed down to a extreme. This drastically hampers the user ability to react and target the user or jutsu techniques aimed at them, as techniques will seemed to be launched at them in blinding speed or slowed to a halt so while the user sends techniques at the opponent they are launched slowly, when in actuality the user may have finished his technique and gone onto the next one thus harming the opponent.
(Last 2 turns)
The Hourglass Technique consist of three seals which then target the opponent(s) mind distorting their perception of time in one of two ways: Speeding up or slowing down, the opponent's perception of time making thier reaction to certain things take much longer then expected. Say youu create a fire jutsu after using this technique. The user if having chosen to speed the opponent reality up, will make thier world come to a standstill as they would be moving sp much faster the world has literally come to a standstill around them .
If made to slow things down of course, the opponent will move much more slowly his reaction to things will be hindered to the point things would speed around them move at a much faster pace, to the point the opponent couldn't possibly react to them if it were reality.
Any questions?
No it doesn't, however that means in the genjutsu even if they are moving they will feel and see there body moving rather slowly to the point they can't react properly and the same if reality is sped up the opponent would be moving too fast to adjust to the new found speed thus throwing off the ability to react. So it doesn't slow down the opponent's movements or actions, but simply changes the way that they perceive things to be moving?
Cool, ready for the next one. u_uNo it doesn't, however that means in the genjutsu even if they are moving they will feel and see there body moving rather slowly to the point they can't react properly and the same if reality is sped up the opponent would be moving too fast to adjust to the new found speed thus throwing off the ability to react.
Hebereke Tentei Kobushi: Drunken God FistCool, ready for the next one. u_u
A few questions..Hebereke Tentei Kobushi: Drunken God Fist
Drunken God Fist is a powerful technique that doesn't really need much explanation.Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra: 40
Damage: (+10 to Drunken techs) (-20 to falling)
Description: After entering the Drunken Fist state, the user continues to drink and then enhances the effects by applying chakra. By doing so the user begins to move faster, and become even more unpredictable and fluid. The user becomes so fluid and unpredictable in his motion that even the MS can't determine the users movements and allows the user to dodge techniques on a whim in a unorthadox but effective way without the use of a ninjutsu. But despite this the user becomes so drunk that it becomes harder for him to control his chakra therefore the user only becomes unable to use Nin or Genjutsu in this mode.
(Last 3 turns)
(usable once)
You drink a small vial of a chakra enhanced alcohol and in return it causes you to enter a drunken stupor where your taijutsu techniques are enhanced to due to the liquid strength. You'll also move very unpredictibly, so much so even the Mangekyo Sharingan would not be able to read your next movements, thus allowing you to close in on an unsuspecting opponent. However it's nearly impossible to control your chakra in this states thus rendering use of ninjutsu void. So you have to be wary of your opponent as you can still be hurt by ninjutsu. Now a good plus side of this technique is that once it is in effect, you'll be able to move out of harm's way on a whim regardless of the technique.
Any further questions?
I'll be honest, This technique is in need of an update it was made back when I first started RPing.A few questions..
1. -20 to falling, what is that in regards to? +10 to drunken techs, referring to..?
2. I won't be able to continually dodge any attack during this mode, just dodge the single technique I activate this technique in response to?
3. Is there a way for me to stop the mode, let's say, after two turns?
4. Do I need to use Drunken Fist before the use of this technique?
So I can continually dodge multiple techniques within reason in this mode?I'll be honest, This technique is in need of an update it was made back when I first started RPing.
1. However the falling is much like Rock Lee's depiction, with him falling and stumbling everywhere. Though you may not feel the effects of what's happening due to being drunk, once you exit the mode you'll feel the pain due to the movements you've gone through.
2. You can continuously dodge however it needs to be a plausible and valid escape option " I roll out of the way of the technique" mostly likely won't cut it in an actual fight. I take it when the situation calls for use of the technique you'll be able to use it effectively.
3. Not really, which is a major drawback to the amount of power you obtain when in the mode. If you drink, you can't honestly stop from being drunk if you need to. If it were chakra based then yes you'd be able to stop it when you'd like, however thanks to the alcohol you'll be on a strictly taijutsu based fight for the next three turns on your end.
4. Sort of, since there's not really a set of techniques for that particular style of taijutsu it'snot necessary, but you'll need to be sure you've mastered both regular taijutsu and kaito's tai in order to full use the technique. As stated previously it's about time the technique was updated to be more descriptive and exact.
Correct - with the lack of ninjutsu use, the jutsu makes up for it by allowing the user to avoid techniques throughout the 3 turns without a jutsu. So I can continually dodge multiple techniques within reason in this mode?
Awesome. u_u Ready for mine?Correct - with the lack of ninjutsu use, the jutsu makes up for it by allowing the user to avoid techniques throughout the 3 turns without a jutsu.
Questions?Why yes I am :3
Can this technique be used on sources of earth that aren't solid, such as Mud?Questions?
(Doton: Kenban)- Earth Release: Rotator Plate
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will first perform a series of two hand seals, while having constant contact with an earth source. After sending their chakra racing through the earth, the ground under the opponent in a circular shape will rapidly spin at high speeds, like a top. This high speed of rotation has enough power behind it to throw the opponent severely off balance, and fling them hard onto the ground up to several meters away. The diameter of the affected circle is approximately two meters. The spinning motion will last as long as the user concentrates on the spinning the earth. However, this technique can be cancelled in an instant.
*Note: Can only be taught by Selendrile
*Note: Usable four times per battle
*Note: The user cannot use any other techniques while concentrating on the spinning earth.
I wouldn't see why not, unless that mud has superior-ranked chakra within it at the time. Can this technique be used on sources of earth that aren't solid, such as Mud?
Do I have to be in contact with the said mud in order to activate the technique?I wouldn't see why not, unless that mud has superior-ranked chakra within it at the time.
If you are connected to the earth, then yea. You dont need to directly be on the mud, only as long as the earth you are on is attached to the swamp as well.Do I have to be in contact with the said mud in order to activate the technique?
Basically let's say I use Swamp of the Underworld and cause my opponent to begin sinking into the mud, then using this technique could I spin them around while they are subdued causing them to be drawn deeper into the mud while also throwing off their ability to react?
I see. Well then thats all my questions for that particular technique. If you are connected to the earth, then yea. You dont need to directly be on the mud, only as long as the earth you are on is attached to the swamp as well.
But you wouldn't drag them under, the technique only spins a portion of the affected area. So if you used it on mud, it'd be like normal; simply throw them in a direction or make them fall so that their entire body would be stuck flat on the mud, etc
