Okay, this technique isn't very difficult at all. Channel a large mass of chakra down your arm, and localize it into your palm. Transform it into lightning and concentrate on it until it's so strong, that merely flicking your wrist can launch it at high, destructive speed. Try to describe transforming the chakra, molding it, the shape, how it builds up power.

Alright.

Sivlagne focuses shakra into her dominate arm's wrist without moving her arm, giving off no indication that she's performing a technique. As a decent amount of chakra swirls in her wrist, it moves into her palm, building up every moment. She channels the chakra out of her hand and raises her arm as it starts to shake from the chakra build up. She flicks her wrist towards an object and the raiton chakra shoots out, taking form of a small but lethal lightning bolt and jets towards the object in the blink of an eye, destroying it completely.

How was that?

Thank you very much. Alright. Just analyze this and tell me its uses and whatnot.

(Suiton: Āmākingu) - Water Release: Armor King
Type: Defense/Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user makes three hand seals and focuses their suiton chakra into their hips, making a ring of water around the user's waist. From here, the ring can be extended from short range, to mid range and can be exploited to have multiple, very sharp water spikes all around the ring. These spikes can reach up to a foot long and can either face up, down or outward. This is used to stop (or make the tai/ken moves risky for the opponent) incoming taijutsu/kenjutsu attacks from the front, behind, side or above and to stop underground jutsu that involves the opponent coming up beneath the user.
Note - Only lasts for three turns and then after use, must wait three turns to put into effect again
Note - Can only be taught by Moxxi

This technique is used for close quarter combat. For someone like me, who is lacking in taijutsu techniques, it would be a good usage. By using shape manipulation in conjunction with nature manipulation, the user will create a large amount of water around his waist that he will then solidify, increasing the density of the water into the shape of spikes. The user can also engage the opponent in Taijutsu instead of waiting for the opponent to get to him. After baiting the opponent, you can spring the water in the form of a trap to pierce them.

Oh, I also forgot to mention, it can be used to combat multiple enemies at once.

Here is the next technique.
Fire Release: Dragon Fire
Type: Attack
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points:60(+10 when in contact with Wind)
Description: The user channels fire to his fist and it explodes and creates a cyclone around the user. The user then launches himself at the opponent and high speeds, giving them the appearance of a spinning tornado-like torpedo of fire with a dragon's head where the fist is located. Afterwards, the user is left with a few burns left on the hand that does the move
~Must have Rikerslade's permission~
~Must be of Sannin rank~
~This can only be used twice~
~Can be blocked by B-rank water~ or above
~Due to high movement speeds, the user needs a Dojutsu or chakra-sensing method to use accurately~

As far as I can understand it, you pretty much make a fiery cone around your fist that apparently surrounds you at first. After that, you "launch" yourself at the opponent through a jump, sprint or another technique and that fire will engulf your fist as a whole, taking the form of a dragon head and that is when you land the hit on your opponent, ****ing them up. It harms the hand you used it on but not severe enough to disable it from further usage.

Feel free to correct me because I am sure I am mistaking some things, it feels like lol.

That is correct. About the part pertaining to chakra sensory method or Dojutsu, it simply means that without one of these, you wouldn't be able to pick exactly what part of your opponent's body that you strike, and they're more likely to be able to dodge it. Think Chidori and Raikiri. You may use this technique.

Description: The user firsts channels Raiton to his finger tip and moves in hand horizontally in front of him, creating a horizontal line of Raiton in front of him. On the user's command, the horizontal line shatters into thousands of tiny blades of Raiton that is launched forward at high speeds, shredding the opponent's skin apart.

Similar to the wave of inspiration technique on the canon list but from the wave, the techniques splits up into multiple (thousands of) sharp lightning razors sent to shred your opponent apart. Sweet technique. Only usable twice unfortunately. :(

Description: The user will take a kunai in each hand and channel Katon into it. He will then spin the kunai in his hands while streaming the Katon, creating two large circles of Katon that resemble wheels. He will then throw the flaming wheels at his opponent, who will then be inflicted significant damage from burning and cutting.
