Ok, so you understand what the technique does (Of course you would, it's obvious), it basically makes a thunderstorm in the sky that can be used to your advantage in many ways.
What I want you to do is gather a great amount of Raiton chakra, when you feel as though you have enough, I then want you to aim your palms to the sky and release it in one big blast, propelling it from your body and out into the atmosphere above.

I build up my raiton chakra, then i hold my hands high up into the air. I release the chakra into the sky creating a string of thunder clouds. I focus more chakra into them and cause lightning to erupt from the clouds all over the sky.
Would have been a bit better if you added another line but anyways. Congrats, you learnt;
