Description: The User concentrates a large amount of wind and lightning Chakra in his mouth that when releases sends out massive shockwaves of lightning and wind around that can obliterate whatever is in it path. The rippling wind and lightning creates a deafening howl that is able to drown out all sound and causes the and opponent to be deaf for the turn afterwards.

This technique is self explanatory, by gathering your wind and lighting chakra together in your mouth you then release it in a widespread blast that travels forward destroying anything it comes in contact with. With the Lightning and Wind flowing in this way, a deafening howl pierces the air and can essentially prevent the user from hearing sound based attacks. Of course this causes an defeness for the opponent as they would be untrained to deal with the sound that comes from this technique.

Well you basically turn the earth into a piranha infested swamp, these piranhas then attack the opponent(s) viciously, and can constantly attack the opponents as they continually regenerate as long as there is Earth present. So its a very powerful jutsu when used at the beginning of a turn.
