-Justin takes a few steps forward, out from behind a tree. He carries a somewhat sizable sword with him, and a backpack full of all sort of surprises. Putting his right foot forward, he leaps into the air a great distance, aided by the help of his custom jutsu, Aerodynamic Movement. While moving upwards, he removes his sword, revealing it to be a katana with three scratches in it. At his maximum height, he comes into the direct line of sight of Keotsu, while simultaneously grabbing his attention by using his body to block out the sun. On his descent, Justin moves into a position that allows him for the maximum speed while falling in the shape of a dart, pulling back his sword to begin for an attack. His sword begins to glow while filling with chakra, and upon reaching the midpoint between himself and Keotsu, he swings downward, releasing a crescent shaped shockwave of chakra that flies forward towards him while yelling "ELLO' SWEETIE!"-

*Keotsu, eyes closed, is not immediately aware of Justin's presence, due to being half asleep, lost in concentration; however, as he was looking at the sun previously, upon a shadow being cast upon him, due to Justin's leap, Keotsu open's his eyes, seeing the man in mid-air.
Quickly pushing off the stone, blitzing to the right, massive chakra bursts fire from Keotsu's feet, accelerating him, allowing him to dodge the strike as the chakra wave collides with the white stone.*

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Since there is less of the chakra pathway focused in the user’s feet than other locations on the body, this helps the chakra metal amplify any chakra passed through it that’s used for the ZX Buster style. More specifically, Flying Swallow Feet allows bursts of chakra to be fired from the user’s feet that can be used to accelerate short distances (known as “dashing”). Dashing can be done either in the air or on the ground and helps as it allows the user to put more momentum behind their strikes. When dashing, a visible burst of chakra is seen from the user’s feet, and they tend to have an “afterimage”; this comes about simply a trick of the eye, and is nothing special. As the chakra metal will retain its “super-charge,” and once activated, this technique does not deactivate. The user, although moving in a fast pace/burst of speed is still trackable by normal eyesight.

"So, before we begin, do you really have any knowledge of my prayers?"
"And such you shall receive. But, before you can know the Prayers, you must first know their history, and thus, the history of the Command Arts.
The Command Arts are my own teachings of Kenjutsu; simply put, they are the techniques I have devoted my life to creating, all of which are useable by Samurai. I have always known that in my future, I shall forsake Ninjutsu and the ways of the Shinobi and become a Samurai, resolving to rely solely on my blade and body...Ultimately, Ninjutsu is a form of religion.
And, Ninjutsu is the trigger that prompted the creation of the Command Arts. With their incredible power, Ninjutsu creates an obstacle that is insurmountable for traditional Kenjutsu. But, as Chakra is an essence of life, and not part of the religion of Ninjutsu, I devoted myself to creating Kenjutsu that could combat Ninjutsu.
The Command Arts, though originally created for myself, reflect the spirit of the user. The first Command Art, Kougenjin - Mirage Blade, as it is commonly known - embodies an attribute of every Command Art...the "slashing" blades common in many of their techniques are like copies of your sword.
Both an infinite power, an endless stream of attacks...and a single stroke, a solitary attack. Zero, One, and Infinity; closely related concepts that are, metaphysically, as different as possible, and yet oh so similar. And all three of these concepts are integral to the Command Arts."
*Unsheathing my blade Mythos, the edge gleaming, casting an ethereal glow...I suddenly point the sword in front of me, as I toss a stone up into the air. Falling straight down, the stone makes contact with my blade, and is cut as cleanly as if it had been made of water.*
"Mythos in its current form can cut through about 300mm of heavily reinforced steel without much effort; and thus, every Command Art that comes off the blade will be able to as well; but, if I were to use a Bokken, their cutting potential would be practically nil.
As time progressed, the Command Arts evolved, and start to reflect parts of my inner philosophy; they took on a metaphysical attribute that tends to come to Sword Styles.
While powerful in their own right, the Command Arts fell far short of regular Ninjutsu. While Mirage Blade's power grew exponentially, while the Elemental Command Arts where formidable....I was still too weak to protect what was dear to me.
And ultimately, that is my faith. I will always protect what is dear to me, no matter what the harm that may come to myself.
...One of my friends once said, "Everything within the reach of my sword is my country." He is also the same thread who taught me the value of living a beautiful live, which freed me from the fear of death that so many still have, despite their false fronts of courage.
And so, from my faith, the Prayers came to light.
And with that, we come to the first Prayer. Hikaru Aki Hasira; Shinning Autumn Pillar."

Description: The first of the “Prayer” series of the Command Arts, Hikaru Aki Hashira, often called “Aki-gamae (autumn stance)” by its users, is a Kenjutsu stance instead of an actual attack. It is a variation of the Waki-gamae in that the user holds their blade at waist level, parallel to the ground, whether in its scabbard or not, a position best suited for quick-draw strikes. The user focuses their chakra throughout their entire body in a steady stream while in this stance, increasing their speed and strength by 25%. This increase in ability comes about from the chakra augmenting the muscles naturally, instead of forcefully, essentially putting the body in a natural “peak” condition. This chakra also coats the user’s blade and allows the counter-offensive nature of Aki come through. Whether sheathed or not, the user can swing their blade and dispel an incoming attack by disrupting it, allowing the user to protect themselves and then counter-attack. The method of blocking attacks is based upon the concept of an immovable pillar.
*The First Prayer can only shield the user from attacks of an equal or lower rank.
*Blocking an attack counts against one of the three allotted moves in a turn.

"This technique represents the Prayers foremost; an immoveable pillar. Created by allowing your chakra to flow as it should, and saturate your body, not just being trapped within your chakra network, your body will respond to the new energies being fed to it, and you shall feel yourself becoming stronger; the energies that flow from your first spirit to that which is part of you - that is, from your body to your blade - will envelope the weapon with your faith, allowing you to truly become an immoveable pillar.
Perhaps the beauty of this technique, like the setting sun during a blissful autumn day, is it's simplicity; as an immoveable pillar, when you swing your blade, upon contact with Chakra that does not exceed your abilities to combat...
Well, lets describe it this way. When a wave crashes against the shore, it spreads in all directions. So will your opponent's assaults do to you. The chakra within your opponent's techniques will rebound outwards, and away from you, dispelling the technique in its entirety, even if it is a multi-shot attack.
You will truly become a resolute pillar, capable of standing firm against those that attack what is dear to you.
So, to summarize, your body will be made stronger by the chakra, by a factor of about 25%, you will activate the basis for which all to come will be placed, and you will create a defense that is nigh-impenetrable.
For myself, using Mythos, in using the First Prayer, I become protect to all but the most Forbidden of techniques.
